Ako ve\u013emi dnes ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa \u00farokov\u00e9 sadzby rozhodnutie k\u00fapi\u0165 nehnute\u013enos\u0165? Oplat\u00ed sa \u010daka\u0165 na ich pokles? Odpor\u00fa\u010dali by ste mlad\u00fdm aktu\u00e1lne bra\u0165 si hypot\u00e9ku na b\u00fdvanie?<\/p>\n<p>V s\u00favislosti s vojnou na Bl\u00edzkom v\u00fdchode sme mohli v posledn\u00fdch t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148och vidie\u0165, \u017ee banky reagovali na t\u00fato situ\u00e1ciu a o p\u00e1r desatiniek percent zv\u00fd\u0161ili svoje \u00farokov\u00e9 sadzby. Hypotek\u00e1rny trh je teda st\u00e1le pomerne \u017eiv\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Ak dnes niekto uva\u017euje nad t\u00fdm, \u017ee by chcel rie\u0161i\u0165 vlastn\u00e9 b\u00fdvanie a jeho situ\u00e1cia mu to dovo\u013euje, ve\u013emi by som toto rozhodnutie neodkladal a ne\u010dakal by som na pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie sadzieb. Vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ine pr\u00edpadov sa tak\u00e9to \u010dakanie nemus\u00ed vyplati\u0165. Treba si toti\u017eto uvedomi\u0165, \u017ee v\u00fdznamn\u00fd faktor v\u00a0tomto zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa ceny nehnute\u013enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Za minul\u00fd rok zdra\u017eeli nehnute\u013enosti o 12 % (byt, ktor\u00fd st\u00e1l za\u010diatkom roka 2025 napr\u00edklad 150-tis\u00edc eur, st\u00e1l na konci roka 168-tis\u00edc eur). S\u00edce je to celkom smutn\u00e1 realita, ale netreba preto pod\u013eahn\u00fa\u0165 tomuto tlaku a nutne sa za hocijak\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed osamostatni\u0165.
