Na druhej strane jej postupne prib\u00fadaj\u00fa bat\u00e9rie, ktor\u00e9 raz skon\u010dia v aut\u00e1ch, \u00falo\u017eisk\u00e1ch alebo recykla\u010dn\u00fdch link\u00e1ch. Pr\u00e1ve do tejto medzery teraz vstupuje spolo\u010dn\u00e1 iniciat\u00edva E\u00da a Indie za 15,2 mili\u00f3na eur, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 podpori\u0165 recykl\u00e1ciu bat\u00e9ri\u00ed pre elektrick\u00e9 vozidl\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eeas.europa.eu\/delegations\/india\/eu-and-india-launch-major-%E2%82%AC152-million%E2%82%B9169-crore-joint-initiative-revolutionize-ev-battery-recycling_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Pod\u013ea Deleg\u00e1cie E\u00da<\/a> v Indii vznik\u00e1 projekt v r\u00e1mci Obchodnej a technologickej rady E\u00da \u2013 India, konkr\u00e9tne v pracovnej skupine pre zelen\u00e9 a \u010dist\u00e9 energetick\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00fdzva je financovan\u00e1 cez program Horizon Europe a indick\u00e9 ministerstvo \u0165a\u017ek\u00e9ho priemyslu. Peniaze maj\u00fa smerova\u0165 na pokro\u010dil\u00e9 recykla\u010dn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie, bezpe\u010dn\u00fd zber, digitalizovan\u00e9 triedenie a pilotn\u00e9 overenie procesov v re\u00e1lnych podmienkach. S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou m\u00e1 by\u0165 aj spolo\u010dn\u00e1 pilotn\u00e1 linka E\u00da a Indie priamo v Indii.<\/p>\n<p>Z odpadu sa st\u00e1va strategick\u00e1 z\u00e1soba<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ia veta v celej t\u00e9me nie je suma 15,2 mili\u00f3na eur. V bat\u00e9riovom priemysle nejde o obrovsk\u00fd bal\u00edk. Podstatn\u00e9 je, \u017ee E\u00da aj India za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa vn\u00edma\u0165 pou\u017eit\u00e9 bat\u00e9rie ako \u201evirtu\u00e1lnu ba\u0148u\u201c. Teda ako zdroj l\u00edtia, grafitu, kobaltu a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch materi\u00e1lov, ktor\u00e9 sa daj\u00fa vr\u00e1ti\u0165 sp\u00e4\u0165 do v\u00fdroby nov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nkov. Pod\u013ea ozn\u00e1menia m\u00e1 India do roku 2030 vytvori\u0165 pribli\u017ene 128 GWh recyklovate\u013enej bat\u00e9riovej kapacity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To je presne miesto, kde sa elektromobilita l\u00e1me z ekologickej t\u00e9my na priemyseln\u00fa strat\u00e9giu. Ak star\u00e1 bat\u00e9ria skon\u010d\u00ed ako probl\u00e9mov\u00fd odpad, cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m si ponech\u00e1 slabinu. Ak sa z nej podar\u00ed dosta\u0165 sp\u00e4\u0165 kvalitn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, zni\u017euje sa tlak na nov\u00fa \u0165a\u017ebu, dovoz aj geopoliticky citliv\u00e9 dod\u00e1vate\u013esk\u00e9 re\u0165azce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/fontech.startitup.sk\/energeticky-dolezita-zbran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Ako sme ned\u00e1vno informovali<\/a>, podobn\u00fa logiku u\u017e Eur\u00f3pa za\u010d\u00edna uplat\u0148ova\u0165 aj pri vz\u00e1cnych zemin\u00e1ch. V nemeckom Pforzheime spustila spolo\u010dnos\u0165 HyProMag z\u00e1vod na recykl\u00e1ciu neod\u00fdmov\u00fdch magnetov, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 pre elektromotory, vetern\u00e9 turb\u00edny aj modern\u00fa elektroniku. M\u00e1 obrovsk\u00fd trh, rast\u00facu elektromobilitu, priemyseln\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u a z\u00e1ujem budova\u0165 vlastn\u00e9 technologick\u00e9 kapacity. Pre E\u00da je z\u00e1rove\u0148 d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, \u017ee nejde o \u010fal\u0161ie preh\u013abenie z\u00e1vislosti od \u010c\u00edny. Projekty maj\u00fa smerova\u0165 k technologickej pripravenosti TRL 7 a\u017e 8, teda k \u00farovni, ktor\u00e1 u\u017e m\u00e1 bli\u017e\u0161ie k pilotn\u00e9mu a predkomer\u010dn\u00e9mu nasadeniu ne\u017e k \u010distej akademickej \u0161t\u00fadii.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toto je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, lebo recykl\u00e1cia bat\u00e9ri\u00ed nie je jednoduch\u00fd proces. Bat\u00e9rie sa l\u00ed\u0161ia ch\u00e9miou, stavom, po\u0161koden\u00edm, tvarom aj v\u00fdrobcom. Inak sa spr\u00e1va LFP bat\u00e9ria, inak \u010dl\u00e1nky s niklom, mang\u00e1nom a kobaltom. Ak m\u00e1 by\u0165 recykl\u00e1cia masov\u00e1, syst\u00e9m mus\u00ed zvl\u00e1da\u0165 zmie\u0161an\u00e9 vstupy, bezpe\u010dne ich zbiera\u0165, roztriedi\u0165 a spracova\u0165 bez toho, aby logistika alebo po\u017eiarne rizik\u00e1 zhltli ekonomiku cel\u00e9ho procesu.<\/p>\n<p>Slovensk\u00fd uhol je priemyseln\u00fd, nie symbolick\u00fd<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pre Slovensko je t\u00e1to t\u00e9ma d\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161ia, ne\u017e sa m\u00f4\u017ee zda\u0165. Redakcia FonTech u\u017e <a href=\"https:\/\/fontech.startitup.sk\/nemci-smart-move-for-europe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">pri nemeckom startupe Cylib uviedla<\/a>, \u017ee firma dok\u00e1zala vyrobi\u0165 vysokokvalitn\u00fd hydroxid l\u00edtia z vyraden\u00fdch bat\u00e9ri\u00ed elektromobilov. Pri \u010fal\u0161om nemeckom projekte zase vznik\u00e1 zariadenie na recykl\u00e1ciu LFP bat\u00e9ri\u00ed s ro\u010dnou kapacitou 30 000 ton materi\u00e1lu. To ukazuje, \u017ee recykl\u00e1cia sa z t\u00e9m pre konferencie postupne pres\u00fava do priemyselnej infra\u0161trukt\u00fary.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Projekt E\u00da a Indie za 15,2 mili\u00f3na eur s\u00e1m osebe nezmen\u00ed bat\u00e9riov\u00fd trh. Je v\u0161ak sign\u00e1lom, kam sa pres\u00fava druh\u00e1 f\u00e1za elektromobility. Prv\u00e1 bola o tom, ako dosta\u0165 elektromobily na cesty. Druh\u00e1 bude o tom, kto ovl\u00e1dne bat\u00e9rie po ich prvom \u017eivote.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ak sa podar\u00ed z pou\u017eit\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nkov z\u00edskava\u0165 sp\u00e4\u0165 kvalitn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly a vraca\u0165 ich do v\u00fdroby, bat\u00e9ria prestane by\u0165 len drah\u00fdm komponentom auta.
