S. Steel Ko\u0161ice vo \u0161tvrtok ukon\u010dili vz\u00e1jomn\u00fdmi podpismi soci\u00e1lnych partnerov. S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou kolekt\u00edvnej zmluvy (KZ) pre roky 2026 a\u017e 2030 je okrem in\u00e9ho aj zv\u00fd\u0161enie mesa\u010dnej tarifnej mzdy v priemere o 80 eur. Pre TASR to uviedol predseda V\u00fdboru Rady odborov OZ KOVO U. S. Steel Ko\u0161ice Juraj Varga.<\/p>\n<p article=\"[object Object]\" class=\"md:text-article-content leading-relaxed md:leading-normal mt-5 lg:mt-10 false\">\u201eKon\u0161trukt\u00edvnym soci\u00e1lnym dial\u00f3gom sme do\u0161li do bodu, ke\u010f sme dospeli k vz\u00e1jomnej dohode, ktor\u00e1, sme o tom presved\u010den\u00ed, upokoj\u00ed aj v\u0161etk\u00fdch na\u0161ich zamestnancov,\u201c uviedli odbor\u00e1ri. Tarifn\u00e9 mzdy zamestnancov sa zv\u00fd\u0161ia s \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou od 1. m\u00e1ja, a to nie o menej ne\u017e 50 eur mesa\u010dne. \u010co sa t\u00fdka 13. a 14. platu, vyplaten\u00e9 bud\u00fa vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 50 % z mesa\u010dn\u00e9ho platu zo z\u00e1veru predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho roka.<\/p>\n<p article=\"[object Object]\" class=\"md:text-article-content leading-relaxed md:leading-normal mt-5 lg:mt-10 false\">Oceliarne z\u00e1rove\u0148 v\u0161etk\u00fdm zamestnancom vyplatia v j\u00fani jednorazov\u00fa odmenu vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 200 eur. \u201ePracovn\u00fd \u010das plat\u00ed v znen\u00ed zadefinovanej dohody v KZ na roky 2026 a\u017e 2030, t. j. mo\u017en\u00e9 predl\u017eovanie v do\u010dasnom re\u017eime tak, ako to pozn\u00e1me z ostatnej KZ, respekt\u00edve v nadv\u00e4znosti na pl\u00e1novan\u00fa postupn\u00fa transform\u00e1ciu p\u00f4vodn\u00fdch vysok\u00fdch pec\u00ed na ekologickej\u0161ie elektrick\u00e9 pece, na postupn\u00e9 trval\u00e9 pred\u013a\u017eenie t\u00fd\u017edenn\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho \u010dasu za dohodnut\u00fdch motiva\u010dn\u00fdch podmienok,\u201c dodali odbor\u00e1ri.<\/p>\n<p article=\"[object Object]\" class=\"md:text-article-content leading-relaxed md:leading-normal mt-5 lg:mt-10 false\">S\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou dohody s\u00fa aj soci\u00e1lne benefity, ako nepe\u0148a\u017en\u00fd pr\u00edspevok vo v\u00fd\u0161ke 120 eur na regener\u00e1ciu a relax zamestnancov \u010di pr\u00edspevok na \u0161pecifick\u00fa formu lie\u010debnej rehabilit\u00e1cie. \u201eKolekt\u00edvne vyjedn\u00e1vanie je svojou podstatou n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd proces a toto kolo rokovan\u00ed odr\u00e1\u017ealo tak zlo\u017eitos\u0165 prerokov\u00e1van\u00fdch t\u00e9m, ako aj v\u00fdznam ot\u00e1zok, ktor\u00fdm sme sa venovali,\u201c uviedol pre TASR Karl Kocsis, ktor\u00fd viedol t\u00edm vyjedn\u00e1va\u010dov za zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea.<\/p>\n<p article=\"[object Object]\" class=\"md:text-article-content leading-relaxed md:leading-normal mt-5 lg:mt-10 false\">Dosiahnut\u00fa dohodu ozna\u010dil za v\u00fdsledok dlhodob\u00e9ho dial\u00f3gu a vz\u00e1jomn\u00e9ho anga\u017eovania sa oboch str\u00e1n. Pod\u013ea jeho slov vytv\u00e1ra r\u00e1mec, ktor\u00fd umo\u017e\u0148uje realiz\u00e1ciu d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdch zmien, podporuje stabilitu a poskytuje z\u00e1klad pre napredovanie v k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch strategick\u00fdch iniciat\u00edvach spolo\u010dnosti. \u201eChcem oceni\u0165 kon\u0161trukt\u00edvny pr\u00edstup odborov\u00fdch organiz\u00e1ci\u00ed po\u010das rokovan\u00ed, ako aj v\u00fdznamn\u00fa \u00falohu medi\u00e1torky, ktor\u00e1 pomohla pribl\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 postoje str\u00e1n a podporila proces smeruj\u00faci k vz\u00e1jomne prijate\u013en\u00e9mu v\u00fdsledku,\u201c doplnil.<\/p>\n<p article=\"[object Object]\" class=\"md:text-article-content leading-relaxed md:leading-normal mt-5 lg:mt-10 false\">Predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faca kolekt\u00edvna zmluva v hutn\u00edckom podniku platila do 31. decembra 2025. Kolekt\u00edvne vyjedn\u00e1vanie o novej trvalo viacero k\u00f4l, pri\u010dom prv\u00e9 sa konalo 14. okt\u00f3bra. V janu\u00e1ri odbor\u00e1ri vyhl\u00e1sili v oceliar\u0148ach \u0161trajkov\u00fa pohotovos\u0165. Nesk\u00f4r sa konalo aj protestn\u00e9 zhroma\u017edenie, na ktorom odbor\u00e1rom vyjadrili podporu stovky zamestnancov.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Nov\u00e1 kolekt\u00edvna zmluva v U.
