Zo sumy nie\u010do nad 13\u00a0eur sa vy\u0161plhal nad 20.\u00a0To kraj doviedlo a\u017e k\u00a0zmen\u0161eniu po\u010dtu spojov, ktor\u00e9 zast\u00e1vku vyu\u017e\u00edvali ako kone\u010dn\u00fa a teda aj v\u00fdstupisko \u010di n\u00e1stupisko pre pasa\u017eierov. Po novom kon\u010dia niektor\u00e9 spoje vonku na ulici, na zast\u00e1vkach ur\u010den\u00fdch pre\u00a0MHD.<\/p>\n<p>Nivy nie s\u00fa klasick\u00e1 stanica, ale s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 s\u00fakromn\u00e9ho n\u00e1kupn\u00e9ho centra. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u00e1 podla\u017eie v\u00a0podzem\u00ed prenajat\u00e9 dopravca Slovak Lines, ktor\u00fd v\u00a0r\u00e1mci z\u00e1robku umo\u017enil aj ostatn\u00fdm, napr\u00edklad Arrive \u010di RegioJetu vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 tento termin\u00e1l\u00a0\u2013 za poplatok.<\/p>\n<p>Od zriadenia stanice v\u0161ak autobusov\u00e1 preprava zaznamenala pokles a ke\u010f\u017ee slab\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1ujem cestuj\u00facich sa prejavil ako polopr\u00e1zdne autobusy, kraj upravil grafikon. Stratu \u010dasti pr\u00edjmu si prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013e termin\u00e1lu <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/spravy.pravda.sk\/domace\/clanok\/791423-autobusova-stanica-nivy-stratila-polovicu-kapacity-pasazieri-musia-vystupovat-vonku-kto-za-chaos-nesie-zodpovednost\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">vykompenzoval<\/a> rekon\u0161trukciou a pridan\u00edm prev\u00e1dzky. Stanica sa tak stala sk\u00f4r komer\u010dn\u00fdm produktom, ktor\u00fd sleduje v\u00fdnos a tak musia fixn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na ka\u017ed\u00fa linku dopravcovia tolerova\u0165. T\u00ed, ktor\u00ed ju potrebuj\u00fa\u00a0\u2013 ako \u010desk\u00fd RegioJet pre cesty do Viedne, jednoducho platia ke\u010f\u017ee Nivy im vyhovuj\u00fa polohou.<\/p>\n<p>Nie v\u0161etky spoje si v\u0161ak m\u00f4\u017eu dovoli\u0165 takto nastaven\u00e9 poplatky. Od tohto mesiaca na situ\u00e1ciu doplatila priama autobusov\u00e1 linka z\u00a0Bratislavy do Banskej \u0160tiavnice a opa\u010dne. Prev\u00e1dzkoval ju s\u00fakromn\u00edk Kjubik Company. Napriek tomu, \u017ee i\u0161lo o\u00a0dia\u013ekov\u00fd spoj, uk\u00e1zal sa ako nerentabiln\u00fd a prem\u00e1va\u0165 nebude do konca augusta tohto\u00a0roka.<\/p>\n<p>Nepomohli ani turisti<\/p>\n<p>Drah\u00fd vstup na Nivy a z\u00a0nich, n\u00e1rast cien pohonn\u00fdch hm\u00f4t, n\u00e1kladn\u00fd servis a prev\u00e1dzka autobusov je pri ni\u017e\u0161ej obsadenosti vra\u017eedn\u00e1 kombin\u00e1cia. Finan\u010dn\u00e1 krehkos\u0165 sa t\u00fdka v\u0161etk\u00fdch, aj krat\u0161\u00edch tr\u00e1s. Menej cestuj\u00facich mimo \u0161pi\u010dky sa nie v\u017edy d\u00e1 kompenzova\u0165 pr\u00e1ve vy\u0165a\u017eenej\u0161\u00edmi \u010dasmi a preto sa neraz nevedia ani spoje s\u00a0dlhou cestou ekonomicky u\u017eivi\u0165. Dopyt bol ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, ako o\u010dak\u00e1vali. To bolo aj d\u00f4vodom, pre\u010do sa konate\u013e Kjubik Company Jakub Zliechovec rozhodol stratov\u00fa linku na teraz ukon\u010di\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/ekonomika.pravda.sk\/fotogaleria\/85931-autobusova-stanica-nivy-pocas-premeny\/#1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy\" alt=\"Vstup do n\u00e1kupn\u00e9ho centra Nivy, kde sa nach\u00e1dza...\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/nove-nivy-otvorenie-bratislava-strednaW.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/ekonomika.pravda.sk\/fotogaleria\/85931-autobusova-stanica-nivy-pocas-premeny\/#2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy\" alt=\"Autobusov\u00e1 stanica Nivy po\u010das premeny v...\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/autobusova-stanica-nivy_05-malaW.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Autobusy priamo z\u00a0hlavn\u00e9ho mesta prem\u00e1vali od vla\u0148aj\u0161ieho augusta, nevydr\u017eali teda ani rok. Bansk\u00e1 \u0160tiavnica je siln\u00e1 turistick\u00e1 destin\u00e1cia, napriek tomu bolo priame spojenie s\u00a0Bratislavou roky nekomfortn\u00e9. Nov\u00e1 linka mala by\u0165 pr\u00ednosom pre turizmus krajiny, no pom\u00e1hala aj lok\u00e1lnym pendlerom doch\u00e1dzaj\u00facim z\u00a0ob\u013e\u00faben\u00e9ho mesta stredn\u00e9ho Slovenska.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV\u00a0minulosti prem\u00e1vali dva priame spoje Bansk\u00e1 \u0160tiavnica\u00a0\u2013 Bratislava, ktor\u00e9 prev\u00e1dzkovala spolo\u010dnos\u0165 SAD Zvolen. Ke\u010f\u017ee tieto spoje vykazovali dlhodobo stratovos\u0165, zru\u0161ili sa,\u201d vysvetlila prim\u00e1torka Banskej \u0160tiavnice Nade\u017eda Babiakov\u00e1 s\u00a0t\u00fdm, \u017ee aby sa pohodln\u00fd priamy spoj zachoval, rok ho tri samospr\u00e1vne kraje dotovali. Potom sa stal s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou integrovan\u00e9ho dopravn\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eV\u00a0r\u00e1mci zmluvy medzi BBSK a SAD Zvolen v\u00a0piatok a nede\u013eu z\u00a0Banskej \u0160tiavnice do Nitry a sp\u00e4\u0165, kde s\u00fa pr\u00edpoje na autobus do Bratislavy a v\u00a0pracovn\u00e9 dni, vr\u00e1tane soboty do Lev\u00edc, kde s\u00fa pr\u00edpoje na vlak a\u017e do Bratislavy. Tieto spoje s\u00fa plne vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9, najm\u00e4 \u0161tudentami,\u201d dodala Babiakov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Vlaky, ktor\u00e9 chodili aj ka\u017ed\u00fa hodinu cez men\u0161ie obce smerom do \u0160tiavnice pom\u00e1hali s\u00a0vyp\u013a\u0148an\u00edm cestovn\u00fdch kapac\u00edt\u00a0\u2013 napr\u00edklad st\u00e1li aj v\u00a0Hronskej D\u00fabrave, no tie po\u010das t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a zru\u0161ili. Prem\u00e1vaj\u00fa iba cez v\u00edkend, \u010d\u00edm sa spojenie medzi spom\u00ednan\u00fdmi mestami zhor\u0161ilo. S\u00fakromn\u00fd dopravca preto sk\u00fa\u0161al vyplni\u0165 dieru na trhu a pon\u00faknu\u0165 pohodln\u00e9 priame spojenie. Autobusy do \u0160tiavnice a nasp\u00e4\u0165 v\u0161ak nedok\u00e1\u017eu chodi\u0165 tak \u010dasto ako vlaky, predsa len trasa trv\u00e1 dlh\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/spravy.pravda.sk\/fotogaleria\/88011-takto-vyzerala-povodna-as-nivy\/#1\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy\" alt=\"Poh\u013ead na p\u00f4vodn\u00fa AS Nivy.\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/autobus-slovak-lines-doprava_02-strednaW.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/spravy.pravda.sk\/fotogaleria\/88011-takto-vyzerala-povodna-as-nivy\/#2\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"lazy\" alt=\"Poh\u013ead na p\u00f4vodn\u00fa AS Nivy.\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/autobus-slovak-lines-doprava_04-malaW.jpg\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zliechovec uviedol, \u017ee ne\u010dakal nejak vysok\u00fd zisk a preto h\u013eadal aj mo\u017enosti dot\u00e1cie linky z\u00a0verejn\u00fdch zdrojov. \u201eNemohol som vedie\u0165, \u017ee bude stratov\u00e1. Chcel som pon\u00faknu\u0165 expresn\u00e9 spojenie autobusom,\u201d dodal pre Pravdu konate\u013e. Snahou bolo prinies\u0165 aj lacnej\u0161\u00ed presun, ke\u010f\u017ee l\u00edstok stoj\u00ed menej ako pln\u00e1 n\u00e1dr\u017e auta. Hromadn\u00e1 doprava je navy\u0161e ekologickej\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<p>Na za\u010diatku preto i\u0161lo pod\u013ea Zliechavca o\u00a0to, aby spoj vyu\u017e\u00edvali \u0160tiavni\u010dania a v\u0161etci \u201cpo ceste\u201d. \u201ePrvotne som to vn\u00edmal sk\u00f4r ako pomoc miestnym obyvate\u013eom, ktor\u00ed doch\u00e1dzaj\u00fa do pr\u00e1ce alebo \u0161tudentom. Nesk\u00f4r som to u\u017e preorientoval aj smerom k\u00a0turistom. Vysvetlil som Krajskej organiz\u00e1cii cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu, \u017ee pre turizmus je tak\u00e9to spojenie d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 a malo by by\u0165 nejakou formou podporen\u00e9,\u201d uzavrel.<\/p>\n<p>Dot\u00e1cie nepre\u0161li<\/p>\n<p>S\u00a0dot\u00e1ciou sa obr\u00e1til aj na poslancov Banskej \u0160tiavnice, n\u00e1sledne oslovil prim\u00e1torku mesta a aj ministerstvo \u0161portu a cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu. \u201eArgumentoval som pr\u00e1ve rozvojom turizmu, cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu a zn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm po\u010dtu \u00e1ut v\u00a0meste. Odpovedala iba prim\u00e1torka, a to tak, \u017ee na to nem\u00e1 financie,\u201d vysvetlil konate\u013e.<\/p>\n<p>Pre Pravdu Babiakov\u00e1 uviedla, \u017ee spoj nem\u00e1 re\u00e1lny dosah na n\u00e1v\u0161tevnos\u0165 \u0160tiavnice. \u201eAle ka\u017ed\u00e9 priame spojenie a teda aj medzi Bratislavou a Banskou \u0160tiavnicou zlep\u0161uje dostupnos\u0165 do dan\u00e9ho \u00fazemia,\u201d zhodnotila. Linka fungovala ako biznis s\u00fakromnej firmy, nie ako \u0161t\u00e1tom alebo krajom po\u017eadovan\u00e1 doprava.<\/p>\n<p>Mesto plat\u00ed len MHD v\u00a0r\u00e1mci svojho \u00fazemia, V\u00daC zasa region\u00e1lne linky. Ak v\u0161ak dopravu zabezpe\u010duje s\u00fakromn\u00e1 firma za verejn\u00e9 peniaze, kraj mus\u00ed pod\u013ea z\u00e1kona urobi\u0165 verejn\u00e9 obstar\u00e1vanie. V\u00a0\u0148om sa porovn\u00e1 cena, kvalita slu\u017eby, po\u010det cestuj\u00facich a teda celkovo \u010di sa linku oplat\u00ed prev\u00e1dzkova\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Mimo najvy\u0165a\u017eenej\u0161\u00edch tr\u00e1s sa priame autobusov\u00e9 spojenia \u010doraz \u0165a\u017e\u0161ie u\u017eivia bez podpory \u0161t\u00e1tu alebo krajov. Kto za chaos nesie zodpovednos\u0165? \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201eZ\u00a0poh\u013eadu \u0161t\u00e1tu m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 zru\u0161enie priameho dopravn\u00e9ho spojenia ur\u010dit\u00fd vplyv na dostupnos\u0165 \u00fazemia, \u010do sa m\u00f4\u017ee sekund\u00e1rne prejavi\u0165 aj na n\u00e1v\u0161tevnosti regi\u00f3nu,\u201d uviedol odbor komunik\u00e1cie rezortu cestovn\u00e9ho ruchu a \u0161portu. S\u00a0t\u00fdm, \u017ee dosah nemus\u00ed by\u0165 tak v\u00fdrazn\u00fd, pokia\u013e m\u00e1 zru\u0161en\u00fd spoj aj in\u00e9 alternat\u00edvy, \u010di je celkov\u00e1 obslu\u017enos\u0165 oblasti\u00a0dobr\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Ministerstvo dopravy v\u0161ak dot\u00e1cie neposkytuje, to je iba na samospr\u00e1vach\u00a0\u2013 podobne ako BSK dotuje prepravcu Arriva. Kraje toti\u017e dopravu objedn\u00e1vaj\u00fa pod\u013ea toho, ako je potrebn\u00e1. \u201eNa Slovensku existuje mechanizmus zabezpe\u010denia dopravnej obslu\u017enosti vo verejnom z\u00e1ujme, ktor\u00fd je realizovan\u00fd najm\u00e4 prostredn\u00edctvom vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch \u00fazemn\u00fdch celkov. Tie m\u00f4\u017eu objedn\u00e1va\u0165 dopravn\u00e9 slu\u017eby a kompenzova\u0165 ich straty v\u00a0r\u00e1mci region\u00e1lnej autobusovej dopravy,\u201d potvrdilo ministerstvo.<\/p>\n<p>\t\tObmedzuje v\u00e1s premena autobusovej stanice?<\/p>\n<p>\u00c1no, je tam zm\u00e4tok<\/p>\n<p> 79,3%<\/p>\n<p>Necestujem z a na Nivy<\/p>\n<p> 15,2%<\/p>\n<p>U\u017e len samotn\u00e9 spustenie spoja nebola lacn\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165. \u201eBoli tam poplatky pre kraj, tie\u017e bolo potrebn\u00e9 zak\u00fapi\u0165 pokladnicu, nov\u0161\u00ed autobus na l\u00edzing,\u201d vymenoval Zliechovec. To, \u017ee linka sa prest\u00e1va vypl\u00e1ca\u0165 za\u010dala bada\u0165 koncom minul\u00e9ho roka. \u201eZa\u010dal som uva\u017eova\u0165, \u017ee asi nedosiahneme tie \u010d\u00edsla, ak\u00e9 by boli potrebn\u00e9. Ob\u010das bol svetlej\u0161\u00ed v\u00edkend, potom zase naopak. Aut\u00e1 aj cestuj\u00faci skon\u010dia na okraji, kraj sa chce zbavi\u0165 kol\u00f3n \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Spojenie miest si vy\u017eadovalo aj dobr\u00fd marketing, aby o\u00a0\u0148om vedelo \u010do najviac cestuj\u00facich, ale aj turistov. Dopravca ho pod\u013ea jeho slov propagoval ako vedel, najm\u00e4 na soci\u00e1lnych sie\u0165ach. \u201ePodarilo sa mi z\u00edska\u0165 cestuj\u00facich z\u00a0Hlin\u00edka, \u017darnovice \u010di Novej Bane, ktor\u00e9 autobus celkom dobre dop\u013a\u0148ali a uprednostnili ho preto\u017ee bol r\u00fdchly. Probl\u00e9m n\u00edzkej obsadenosti vid\u00edm sk\u00f4r v\u00a0glob\u00e1lnom meradle,\u201d pribl\u00ed\u017eil Zliechavec s\u00a0t\u00fdm, \u017ee autobus nie je cenou konkurencieschopn\u00fd\u00a0vlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea Zliechavca v\u0161ak nejde o\u00a0z\u00e1sadn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. \u201eNemysl\u00edm si, \u017ee zru\u0161enie linky je a\u017e tak\u00e9 dramatick\u00e9, na Slovensku dia\u013ekov\u00e9 spoje vznikaj\u00fa a kon\u010dia pomerne \u010dasto.
