Pre SITA z\u00e1rove\u0148 pribl\u00ed\u017eili, ak\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tne kroky by<br \/>\npodnikli na jej zlep\u0161enie.<\/p>\n<p>Takto to zhodnotil s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd prim\u00e1tor<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd prim\u00e1tor a z\u00e1rove\u0148 kandid\u00e1t Mat\u00fa\u0161 Vallo pripomenul, \u017ee<br \/>\nmesto okrem v\u00fdstavby a moderniz\u00e1cie elektri\u010dkov\u00fdch a trolejbusov\u00fdch trat\u00ed<br \/>\nobnovuje vozov\u00fd park Dopravn\u00e9ho podniku Bratislavy\u00a0(DPB).<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOd roku 2019\u00a0jazd\u00ed po Bratislave 90\u00a0nov\u00fdch elektri\u010diek,<br \/>\nv\u00a0marci dorazilo \u010fal\u0161\u00edch p\u00e4\u0165 nov\u00fdch jednosmern\u00fdch elektri\u010diek a do<br \/>\nj\u00fala o\u010dak\u00e1vame \u010fal\u0161\u00edch p\u00e4\u0165. Do konca roka sa dostaneme na \u010d\u00edslo takmer<br \/>\n400\u00a0nov\u00fdch vozidiel, ktor\u00e9 sa n\u00e1m od roku 2019\u00a0podar\u00ed nasadi\u0165 do<br \/>\nprem\u00e1vky, \u010do pri celkovom po\u010dte 550\u00a0autobusov, trolejbusov a elektri\u010diek,<br \/>\nktor\u00e9 s\u00fa denne v\u00a0prem\u00e1vke, znamen\u00e1 u\u017e vy\u0161e 75-percentn\u00fa<br \/>\nobmenu,&#8220; poznamenal\u00a0Vallo.<\/p>\n<p>Ako dodal, mesto z\u00e1rove\u0148 pracuje na zvy\u0161ovan\u00ed komfortu cestuj\u00facich a<br \/>\nk\u00fdm v\u00a0roku 2019\u00a0bol podiel klimatizovan\u00fdch autobusov na \u00farovni 56\u00a0percent,<br \/>\ndo konca roku 2022\u00a0to bolo u\u017e takmer 100-percentn\u00e9 vybavenie kl\u00edmou.<br \/>\n\u201eDo MHD sme investovali ve\u013ea \u00fasilia aj financi\u00ed a mysl\u00edme si,<br \/>\n\u017ee rast\u00facu kvalitu na\u0161ej MHD Bratislav\u010dania a Bratislav\u010danky<br \/>\noce\u0148uj\u00fa,&#8220; doplnil Vallo, ktor\u00e9ho v\u00a0nadch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich<br \/>\nkomun\u00e1lnych vo\u013eb\u00e1ch okrem strany Team Bratislava podporuje aj Progres\u00edvne<br \/>\nSlovensko, SaS a Demokrati.<\/p>\n<p>Rekon\u0161trukciu st\u00e1le potrebuje ve\u013ea ciest<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNapriek tomu, \u017ee sme urobili v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 invest\u00edcie do<br \/>\nmnoh\u00fdch komunik\u00e1ci\u00ed (napr\u00edklad do rekon\u0161trukcie Ra\u010dianskej ulice,<br \/>\nFurdekovej, Dolnozemskej a Jant\u00e1rovej cesty, do \u00fapravy Dunajskej ulice,<br \/>\nroz\u0161\u00edrenia Harmincovej a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch komunik\u00e1ci\u00ed), je st\u00e1le ve\u013ea ciest,<br \/>\nktor\u00e9 potrebuj\u00fa rekon\u0161trukciu. Tu sme, \u017eia\u013e, limitovan\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00fdmi<br \/>\nmo\u017enos\u0165ami mesta, preto\u017ee si ich u\u017e nem\u00f4\u017eeme dovoli\u0165 rekon\u0161truova\u0165 na<br \/>\n\u00fakor zadl\u017eenia,&#8220; vysvetlil s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd prim\u00e1tor.<\/p>\n<p>Uspokojiv\u00e1 pod\u013ea neho nie je ani plynulos\u0165 dopravy, na ktorej sa najviac<br \/>\npodie\u013ea rast\u00faci po\u010det \u00e1ut v\u00a0meste. \u201eD\u00e1ta n\u00e1m ukazuj\u00fa, \u017ee<br \/>\npo\u010det registrovan\u00fdch \u00e1ut na tis\u00edc obyvate\u013eov v\u00a0Bratislave je vysoko nad<br \/>\npriemerom in\u00fdch eur\u00f3pskych miest a st\u00e1le rastie,&#8220; pribl\u00ed\u017eil<br \/>\nVallo. Jedin\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd sp\u00f4sob ako pod\u013ea neho minimalizova\u0165 z\u00e1pchy, je<br \/>\n\u010falej posil\u0148ova\u0165 MHD a z\u00e1rove\u0148 budova\u0165 kvalitn\u00fa infra\u0161trukt\u00faru pre<br \/>\nr\u00f4zne formy dopravy pre r\u00f4zne preferencie obyvate\u013eov.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eO\u00a0to sa sna\u017e\u00edme vo v\u0161etk\u00fdch na\u0161ich dopravn\u00fdch<br \/>\nprojektoch\u00a0\u2013 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 \u00fapravy sa n\u00e1m podarili urobi\u0165 v\u00a0oblasti<br \/>\nMlynsk\u00fdch n\u00edv a Dunajskej ulice, v\u010faka ktor\u00fdm sa v\u00a0tomto \u00fazem\u00ed z\u00e1sadne<br \/>\nzlep\u0161ila situ\u00e1cia nielen pre motoristov, ale aj pre cyklistov a<br \/>\nchodcov,&#8220; doplnil\u00a0Vallo.<\/p>\n<p>Hovor\u00ed o\u00a0\u017ealostnom stave<\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00ed z\u00a0kandid\u00e1tov na prim\u00e1tora Bratislavy\u00a0\u2013 mestsk\u00fd poslanec a<br \/>\npredseda strany Dunaj Martin Winkler si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee stav ciest a chodn\u00edkov<br \/>\nv\u00a0meste je \u017ealostn\u00fd. \u201ePlynulos\u0165 dopravy je \u00famyselne<br \/>\nblokovan\u00e1 pod r\u00fa\u0161kom jej utlmovania a dopravn\u00e9 zmeny s\u00fa realizovan\u00e9 bez<br \/>\nd\u00e1t na \u0161t\u00fdl pokus \/ omyl,&#8220; skon\u0161tatoval. MHD je pod\u013ea neho<br \/>\nnaoko lep\u0161ia, ale s\u00e1m by uprednostnil, keby mesto zamestn\u00e1valo slovensk\u00fdch<br \/>\nvodi\u010dov a nie dovezen\u00fdch cudzincov.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eNamiesto prov\u00edzi\u00ed person\u00e1lnym agent\u00faram a extra n\u00e1kladom<br \/>\nna zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch vodi\u010dov\u00a0\u2013 \u0161kolenia, ubytovanie, strava a podobne, by sme<br \/>\nmali tieto prostriedky pou\u017ei\u0165 na lep\u0161ie platy dom\u00e1cich vodi\u010dov, ktor\u00ed<br \/>\nmaj\u00fa vz\u0165ah k\u00a0mestu, jeho obyvate\u013eom a vedia komunikova\u0165<br \/>\ns\u00a0pasa\u017eiermi,&#8220; zd\u00f4raznil Winkler. \u010ealej upozornil, \u017ee<br \/>\nbrzdov\u00e9 platni\u010dky a pneumatiky na autobusoch MHD s\u00fa v\u00a0\u017ealostnom stave,<br \/>\nnehovoriac o\u00a0tom, \u017ee r\u00e1no pri na\u0161tartovan\u00ed vozidla svieti na displeji<br \/>\nvodi\u010dovi sedem v\u00fdstra\u017en\u00fdch kontroliek. Tento probl\u00e9m pod\u013ea neho len<br \/>\n\u010dak\u00e1, k\u00fdm exploduje.<\/p>\n<p>Okrem z\u00e1sadn\u00fdch zmien v\u00a0riaden\u00ed DPB, treba pod\u013ea Winklera strategicky<br \/>\npl\u00e1nova\u0165 rozvoj nov\u00fdch elektri\u010dkov\u00fdch trat\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 vie mesto<br \/>\nz\u00a085\u00a0percent financova\u0165 prostredn\u00edctvom Eurofondov. \u201eIch<br \/>\nv\u00fdstavba dnes ve\u013emi me\u0161k\u00e1 a rozvoj nov\u00fdch trat\u00ed je<br \/>\nv\u00a0nedoh\u013eadne,&#8220; upozornil Vallov protikandid\u00e1t. Pod\u013ea neho je<br \/>\npotrebn\u00e9 jednozna\u010dne presta\u0165 \u00famyselne blokova\u0165 dopravu, ale naopak h\u013eada\u0165<br \/>\nsp\u00f4soby ako ju spriechodni\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Winkler ned\u00e1vno pon\u00fakol rie\u0161enie, ktor\u00fdm chce v\u00a0pr\u00edpade svojho zvolenia<br \/>\nnahradi\u0165 cyklotrasu na Vajansk\u00e9ho n\u00e1bre\u017e\u00ed. Predstavil konkr\u00e9tnu \u0161t\u00fadiu<br \/>\nnovej cyklotrasy, ktor\u00e1 by bola umiestnen\u00e1 bli\u017e\u0161ie k\u00a0Dunaju a doprava na<br \/>\nn\u00e1bre\u017e\u00ed by sa tak vr\u00e1tila do p\u00f4vodn\u00e9ho stavu. V\u00a0spolupr\u00e1ci<br \/>\ns\u00a0odborn\u00edkmi predstavil tie\u017e nieko\u013eko \u010fal\u0161\u00edch rie\u0161en\u00ed, vr\u00e1tane<br \/>\nvybudovania nov\u00e9ho mestsk\u00e9ho mosta. Avizoval aj op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 zavedenie<br \/>\n15-min\u00fatov\u00e9ho l\u00edstka na MHD \u010di obnovenie niektor\u00fdch spojov.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tZelen\u00e9 mesto?<\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00ed z\u00a0kandid\u00e1tov na prim\u00e1tora Bratislavy\u00a0\u2013 predseda OZ Vo\u013en\u00e1<br \/>\nz\u00f3na Miroslav Heredo\u0161 pripomenul, \u017ee prim\u00e1tor Vallo s\u013euboval zelen\u00e9 mesto.<br \/>\n\u201eRealita je tak\u00e1, \u017ee \u017eiadne zelen\u00e9 mesto po \u00f4smich rokoch<br \/>\njeho vl\u00e1dy neexistuje a vys\u00e1dzanie nov\u00fdch strom\u010dekov \u010di \u00b4uctievanie\u00b4<br \/>\ncyklochodn\u00edkov zelen\u00e9 mesto z\u00a0m\u00f4jho poh\u013eadu nevytv\u00e1raj\u00fa ani<br \/>\nn\u00e1hodou,&#8220; skon\u0161tatoval. Bratislava pod\u013ea neho \u010del\u00ed<br \/>\nka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00e9mu n\u00e1rastu po\u010dtu \u00e1ut, pri\u010dom merania kvality ovzdu\u0161ia v\u00a0meste<br \/>\nvykazuj\u00fa alarmuj\u00face hodnoty.<\/p>\n<p>Heredo\u0161 zd\u00f4raznil, \u017ee vodi\u010di po\u010das \u00f4smich rokov vo zv\u00fd\u0161enom po\u010dte<br \/>\nnepresadli z\u00a0\u00e1ut do MHD tak, ako to avizoval s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd prim\u00e1tor.<br \/>\n\u201ePreto prv\u00fa v\u00fdznamn\u00fa zmenu urob\u00edm nasledovn\u00fa\u00a0\u2013 zn\u00ed\u017eime<br \/>\ncenu ro\u010dn\u00e9ho predplatn\u00e9ho l\u00edstka na MHD z\u00a0263\u00a0eur na sumu, ktor\u00fa maj\u00fa<br \/>\nv\u00a0Prahe\u00a0\u2013 na 149\u00a0eur. Ro\u010dn\u00fd predplatn\u00fd l\u00edstok malo v\u00a0meste v\u00a0roku<br \/>\n2024 (pod\u013ea V\u00fdro\u010dnej spr\u00e1vy DPB) zak\u00fapen\u00fdch len nie\u010do vy\u0161e sedem percent<br \/>\nob\u010danov mesta. To je alarmuj\u00face,&#8220; poznamenal.<\/p>\n<p>Suma 149\u00a0eur za ro\u010dn\u00fd l\u00edstok pod\u013ea Heredo\u0161a prinesie do MHD z\u00e1sadne<br \/>\nzv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd po\u010det \u013eud\u00ed a t\u00ed zabezpe\u010dia ro\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdber z\u00a0predplatn\u00fdch<br \/>\nl\u00edstkov na doteraj\u0161ej \u00farovni. \u201eMy v\u0161ak obrazne zabijeme dve<br \/>\nmuchy jednou ranou. Dostaneme viac \u013eud\u00ed do MHD a naopak, \u0161of\u00e9ri vyst\u00fapia<br \/>\nz\u00a0\u00e1ut,\u201e pribl\u00ed\u017eil \u010fal\u0161\u00ed Vallov protikandid\u00e1t.<br \/>\nV\u00a0pr\u00edpade svojho zvolenia \u010falej deklaruje, \u017ee mlad\u00ed \u013eudia do 18\u00a0rokov a<br \/>\nseniori nad 65\u00a0rokov bud\u00fa MHD cestova\u0165 bezplatne, len na z\u00e1klade<br \/>\nob\u010dianskeho preukazu. \u201eToto je z\u00e1sadn\u00e1 zmena, ktor\u00fa vykon\u00e1m a<br \/>\nz\u00e1sadne pom\u00f4\u017eeme tak o\u017eivi\u0165 zelen\u00e9 mesto a od\u013eah\u010di\u0165 doprave<br \/>\nv\u00a0meste,\u201c uzavrel.<\/p>\n<p>Toto by vraj pomohlo<\/p>\n<p>Starostka Karlovej Vsi a \u010fal\u0161ia kandid\u00e1tka na prim\u00e1torku Bratislavy Dana<br \/>\n\u010cahojov\u00e1 by v\u00a0pr\u00edpade svojho zvolenia dala predlo\u017ei\u0165 \u0161t\u00fadiu a povolenia<br \/>\nk\u00a0cyklotrase na Vajansk\u00e9ho. Rovnako by pod\u013ea svojich slov prehodnotila<br \/>\ns\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie ulice, ktor\u00e9 vyvolalo mno\u017estvo konfliktov medzi vodi\u010dmi<br \/>\na cyklistami a upchalo dopravu v\u00a0meste bez n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch opatren\u00ed.<br \/>\n\u201eTak\u00fdchto pr\u00edpadov, ktor\u00e9 si zasl\u00fa\u017eia okam\u017eit\u00fa pozornos\u0165,<br \/>\nm\u00e1me v\u00a0Bratislave viac,&#8220; upozornila \u010fal\u0161ia Vallova<br \/>\nkriti\u010dka.<\/p>\n<p>Cestuj\u00facim by pod\u013ea \u010cahojovej ur\u010dite pomohlo obnovenie niektor\u00fdch liniek<br \/>\nMHD a menej prestupov. \u201eStav komunik\u00e1ci\u00ed je \u017ealostn\u00fd na<br \/>\nmnoh\u00fdch miestach, ale ke\u010f\u017ee sa peniaze m\u00ed\u0148aj\u00fa inde, na opravy nie je dos\u0165<br \/>\nprostriedkov. Myslie\u0165 treba nielen na pred\u013a\u017eenie elektri\u010dkov\u00fdch trat\u00ed, ale<br \/>\naj na vybudovanie v\u00fdznamn\u00fdch cestn\u00fdch prepojen\u00ed. S\u00fa aj tak\u00e9, kde je<br \/>\nvydan\u00e9 \u00fazemn\u00e9 rozhodnutie, no v\u00a0projekte sa \u010falej<br \/>\nnepokra\u010dovalo,&#8220; doplnila.<\/p>\n<p>Svoju kandidat\u00faru na post prim\u00e1tora Bratislavy zatia\u013e ozn\u00e1milo \u0161es\u0165<br \/>\nz\u00e1ujemcov. Okrem s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00e9ho prim\u00e1tora Mat\u00fa\u0161a Valla kandiduje aj mestsk\u00fd<br \/>\nposlanec Martin Winkler, starostka Karlovej Vsi Dana \u010cahojov\u00e1 \u010di predseda OZ<br \/>\nVo\u013en\u00e1 z\u00f3na Miroslav Heredo\u0161. Z\u00e1ujem o\u00a0funkciu ohl\u00e1sila aj predsedn\u00ed\u010dka<br \/>\nPir\u00e1tskej strany Zuzana \u0160ubov\u00e1 a bloger \u013dubom\u00edr Geci.
