T\u00fdka\u0165 by sa mala preva\u017ene slab\u0161ie vy\u0165a\u017een\u00fdch spojov, pri ktor\u00fdch by jazdenie na z\u00e1klade dopytu u\u017e teraz d\u00e1valo zmysel.<\/p>\n<p>Kraje tak bud\u00fa m\u00f4c\u0165 namiesto pevn\u00fdch autobusov\u00fdch spojov zavies\u0165 linky na objedn\u00e1vku, ktor\u00e9 sa prisp\u00f4sobia potreb\u00e1m cestovania z\u00a0a do miest a obc\u00ed. Upravenie cestovn\u00e9ho poriadku pod\u013ea toho, ko\u013eko \u013eud\u00ed bude v\u00a0autobuse, m\u00e1 zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 n\u00e1klady samospr\u00e1v na pohonn\u00e9 hmoty pri pr\u00e1zdnych vozidl\u00e1ch aj okresa\u0165 po\u010det ch\u00fdbaj\u00facich \u0161of\u00e9rov. No prisp\u00f4sobenie dopytu otvorilo ot\u00e1zku o\u00a0dostupnosti autobusov pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch cestuj\u00facich.<\/p>\n<p>Autobusy aj zast\u00e1vky na objedn\u00e1vku<\/p>\n<p>Dopytov\u00e1 doprava funguje ve\u013emi jednoducho. Ide o\u00a0syst\u00e9m, pri ktorom autobusov\u00e9 spoje nemaj\u00fa pevn\u00fd cestovn\u00fd poriadok, ale jazdia iba vtedy, ke\u010f si ich V\u00daC alebo priamo cestuj\u00faci vopred objednaj\u00fa. Trasa aj odchody sa prisp\u00f4sobia skuto\u010dnej prem\u00e1vke\u00a0\u2013 teda autobus p\u00f4jde cez miesta, kde nast\u00fapi \u010do najviac \u013eud\u00ed a je overen\u00e9, \u017ee spoj sa cestou na kone\u010dn\u00fa zast\u00e1vku zapln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0n\u00e1vrhu sa preto uv\u00e1dzaj\u00fa aj takzvan\u00e9 virtu\u00e1lne zast\u00e1vky, ktor\u00e9 by boli novinkou. S\u00fa bodom ur\u010den\u00fdm na mape, ktor\u00fd cestuj\u00faci vyu\u017eij\u00fa na nastupovanie aj vystupovanie\u00a0\u2013 bez nutnosti stava\u0165 pr\u00edstre\u0161ok. Tak\u00e1to zast\u00e1vka nie je fixn\u00e1 a m\u00f4\u017ee sa pres\u00fava\u0165 pod\u013ea potreby. Autobus alebo mikrobus namiesto toho, aby i\u0161iel po pevne danej trase, flexibilne naberie pasa\u017eierov na miestach, kde s\u00fa objednan\u00ed. \u010ci\u017ee namiesto toho, aby bus st\u00e1l na 20\u00a0postaven\u00fdch zast\u00e1vkach to funguje sk\u00f4r tak, \u017ee bus zastav\u00ed iba tam, kde je aktu\u00e1lne potrebn\u00fd\u00a0\u2013 \u010do \u0161etr\u00ed palivo.<\/p>\n<p>To by prinieslo aj lep\u0161ie pokrytie \u00fazemia verejnou dopravou. \u013dudia by nemuseli \u010daka\u0165 na jeden pevn\u00fd spoj, mikrobus by mohol pr\u00eds\u0165 aj bli\u017e\u0161ie k\u00a0domu, spojenie by mohlo by\u0165 flexibilnej\u0161ie, a kraj by vedel obsl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165 viac mal\u00fdch obc\u00ed lacnej\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<p>Na zast\u00e1vkach na znamenie pri MHD, ktor\u00e9 zaviedol napr\u00edklad dopravn\u00fd podnik v\u00a0Bratislave, mesto \u0161etr\u00ed ro\u010dne stovky tis\u00edc eur. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci regi\u00f3nov by to najsk\u00f4r bolo menej, no suma by rozhodne nebola zanedbate\u013en\u00e1. Zmeny odchodov a celkov\u00fd pl\u00e1n v\u0161ak mus\u00ed dopravca uvies\u0165 aj na fyzick\u00fdch zast\u00e1vkach a\u00a0webe.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eDopytov\u00e1 doprava nahr\u00e1dza pr\u00e1zdne autobusy v\u00a0riedko os\u00eddlen\u00fdch oblastiach a \u0161etr\u00ed verejn\u00e9 financie, t\u00fdm, \u017ee sa nevoz\u00ed vzduch. Ale je dobr\u00fdm n\u00e1strojom a n\u00e1hradou klasickej dopravy v\u00a0t\u00fdch oblastiach, kde nie je o\u00a0pravideln\u00fa dopravu dostato\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1ujem a nie je dopyt zo strany cestuj\u00facich,\u201d vysvetlil \u013dubo\u0161 Kasala, dopravn\u00fd expert zo Zelenej vlny s\u00a0t\u00fdm, \u017ee v\u00a0r\u00e1mci cel\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu dopravy je sk\u00f4r doplnkom, nie \u00faplnou n\u00e1hradou.<\/p>\n<p>Odborn\u00edk zd\u00f4raznil, \u017ee tento model nie je na Slovensku \u00fapln\u00e1 novinka. \u201eArriva za\u010dala s\u00a0autobusmi na zavolanie v\u00a0Trnavskom kraji v\u00a0obciach senick\u00e9ho okresu Prietr\u017e a Rovensko u\u017e roku 2022,\u201d vysvetlil Kasala s\u00a0t\u00fdm, \u017ee tam to zafungovalo.<\/p>\n<p>\t\tJe dopytov\u00e1 doprava dobr\u00fd n\u00e1pad?<\/p>\n<p>Nie, ja by som si miesto neobjedn\u00e1val \/ a<\/p>\n<p> 63,2%<\/p>\n<p>\u00c1no, je to rozumn\u00e9<\/p>\n<p> 23,6%<\/p>\n<p>Cie\u013eom n\u00e1vrhu z\u00e1kona je zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 n\u00e1klady na pr\u00e1zdne spoje, zmierni\u0165 tlak na nedostatok vodi\u010dov a zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 efektivitu spojov. M\u00f4\u017ee v\u0161ak ma\u0165 plusy, no aj dos\u0165 citliv\u00e9 m\u00ednusy\u00a0\u2013 pre mal\u00e9 obce. Pre dediny, kde dnes ide autobus trikr\u00e1t denne polopr\u00e1zdny, m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 dopytov\u00e1 doprava praktickej\u0161ia. Technicky by obyvatelia mohli ma\u0165 viac mo\u017enost\u00ed dopravy za menej pe\u0148az\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f4chodcom \u010di rodi\u010dom na materskej by sa tie\u017e pridala mo\u017enos\u0165 dopravy mimo dopravnej \u0161pi\u010dky aj pravdepodobnos\u0165 krat\u0161ieho \u010dakania\u00a0\u2013 spoje by toti\u017e chodili ako tax\u00edk. Syst\u00e9m dopytovej dopravy sa v\u0161ak ned\u00e1 zavies\u0165 plo\u0161ne a Kasala pripomenul, \u017ee si vy\u017eaduje dobr\u00fa organiz\u00e1ciu.<\/p>\n<p>Ohrozen\u00ed s\u00fa najm\u00e4 seniori<\/p>\n<p>Ak by toti\u017e syst\u00e9m nefungoval na sto percent, \u010do je vzh\u013eadom na poves\u0165 viacer\u00fdch slovensk\u00fdch aplik\u00e1ci\u00ed pravdepodobn\u00e9, doprava by mohla by\u0165 menej predv\u00eddate\u013en\u00e1. \u010cas\u0165 obc\u00ed by sa t\u00fdm mohla sta\u0165 izolovanej\u0161ia, preto\u017ee by sa nov\u00e9mu syst\u00e9mu neprisp\u00f4sobila. Z\u00a0garantovanej slu\u017eby s\u00a0pevn\u00fdm grafikonom by sa mohla sta\u0165 slu\u017eba z\u00e1visl\u00e1 od motiv\u00e1cie cestuj\u00facich, \u010do m\u00f4\u017ee u\u0161kodi\u0165 obciam \u010di mest\u00e1m s\u00a0mal\u00fdm po\u010dtom obyvate\u013eov.<\/p>\n<p>Objedn\u00e1vanie konkr\u00e9tnej zast\u00e1vky a miesta v\u00a0autobuse by mohlo by\u0165 probl\u00e9mom pre seniorov, kohoko\u013evek bez mobilu \u010di digit\u00e1lne menej zdatn\u00e9ho \u010dloveka\u00a0\u2013 ak\u00fdmi s\u00fa aj mlad\u0161ie deti, ak by potrebovali odvoz nepl\u00e1novane a rodi\u010dia by o\u00a0tom nevedeli vopred. Nehor\u00e1zne poplatky nezvl\u00e1dol ani s\u00fakromn\u00fd dopravca \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201eAk sa zru\u0161\u00ed pr\u00edli\u0161 ve\u013ea klasick\u00fdch pravideln\u00fdch spojov, mobilita m\u00f4\u017ee re\u00e1lne klesn\u00fa\u0165, preto\u017ee sa zni\u017euje spont\u00e1nnos\u0165 cestovania aj presuny zranite\u013en\u00fdch skup\u00edn,\u201d potvrdil Kasala s\u00a0t\u00fdm, \u017ee ak by i\u0161lo iba doplnkov\u00fa dopravu k\u00a0tej klasickej, fugova\u0165 by to mohlo, ale len selekt\u00edvne\u00a0\u2013 teda najm\u00e4 na vidieku.<\/p>\n<p>No samotn\u00e1 zmena by bola sk\u00f4r psychologick\u00e1, teda vo vn\u00edman\u00ed cestuj\u00facich, nie v\u00a0realite. Niektor\u00fdch m\u00f4\u017ee nutnos\u0165 pl\u00e1nova\u0165 cestu odradi\u0165 a rad\u0161ej by vyu\u017eili auto. Pokia\u013e tie\u017e syst\u00e9m nebude zaveden\u00fd dobre, m\u00f4\u017ee e\u0161te viac podpori\u0165 s\u0165ahovanie \u013eud\u00ed z\u00a0men\u0161\u00edch obc\u00ed do miest\u00a0\u2013 no to je aj pod\u013ea analytika sk\u00f4r horizont nieko\u013ek\u00fdch rokov a progn\u00f3za ak by model nezafungoval viac ako z\u00a0polovice.<\/p>\n<p>Aby dopytov\u00e1 doprava nezhor\u0161ila dostupnos\u0165 cestovania najm\u00e4 v\u00a0mal\u00fdch obciach, \u0161t\u00e1t by mal pod\u013ea Kasalu nastavi\u0165 jasn\u00e9 pravidl\u00e1. Jedn\u00fdm z\u00a0nich je garantova\u0165 minim\u00e1lny po\u010det spojov, ktor\u00e9 p\u00f4jdu fixne bez objedn\u00e1vky\u00a0\u2013 najm\u00e4 r\u00e1no a popoludn\u00ed, ke\u010f \u013eudia cestuj\u00fa do pr\u00e1ce \u010di \u0161koly. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je aj to, aby sa doprava dala objedna\u0165 r\u00f4znymi sp\u00f4sobmi, teda nielen cez aplik\u00e1ciu alebo mail, ale napr\u00edklad aj telefonicky\u00a0\u2013 to by si v\u0161ak vy\u017eiadalo aj zavedenie celej siete technol\u00f3gi\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Cena l\u00edstku by tie\u017e nemala by\u0165 vy\u0161\u0161ia ako pri be\u017enom cestovan\u00ed. Odborn\u00edk upozornil aj na potrebu prepojenia syst\u00e9mu s\u00a0vlakmi a klasickou autobusovou dopravou cez spolo\u010dn\u00fd l\u00edstok.
