Spomedzi 38 najvyspelej\u0161\u00edch kraj\u00edn na svete, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa zdru\u017een\u00e9 v OECD, patr\u00ed medzi \u0161t\u00e1ty, kde si z ceny pr\u00e1ce najviac odkrajuje \u0161t\u00e1t. <\/p>\n<p>Na Slovensku je to 42,7\u00a0percenta. Presne tak\u00fa \u010das\u0165 z\u00a0celkovej ceny pr\u00e1ce pod\u013ea OECD zhltn\u00fa dane a odvody pri priemernom bezdetnom zamestnancovi. V\u00a0praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ak m\u00e1 \u010dlovek hrub\u00fa mzdu 1\u00a0620\u00a0eur , \u010do je priemern\u00fd plat v\u00a0na\u0161om hospod\u00e1rstve, firmu nestoj\u00ed iba t\u00fato sumu. Po zapo\u010d\u00edtan\u00ed odvodov zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea sa jeho celkov\u00e1 cena pr\u00e1ce dostane pribli\u017ene na 2\u00a0140\u00a0eur. Na \u00fa\u010det mu v\u0161ak pr\u00edde iba zhruba 1\u00a0230\u00a0eur v\u00a0\u010distom. Rozdiel medzi t\u00fdm, \u010do zaplat\u00ed firma, a t\u00fdm, \u010do dostane zamestnanec, teda predstavuje pribli\u017ene 910\u00a0eur mesa\u010dne.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0celom rebr\u00ed\u010dku je na tom s\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161kou da\u0148ov\u00e9ho klinu hor\u0161ie ako my u\u017e len \u0161es\u0165 kraj\u00edn. Belgi\u010danom zhltn\u00fa odvody vy\u0161e 52\u00a0percent, Nemcom viac ako 49\u00a0percent a Franc\u00fazom 47,2\u00a0percenta. Na druhej strane, teda tam kde je pomyslen\u00fd klin, ktor\u00fd \u0161t\u00e1t vr\u00e1\u017ea medzi firmu a zamestnancov, sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa krajiny ako USA (30\u00a0percent), Island (31,5\u00a0percenta) \u010di Kanada (32,1\u00a0percenta).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0region\u00e1lnom porovnan\u00ed Slovensko vych\u00e1dza hor\u0161ie ne\u017e v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina susedov. Rak\u00fasko je s\u00edce e\u0161te vy\u0161\u0161ie, s\u00a0da\u0148ov\u00fdm klinom 47,1\u00a0percenta, no \u010cesko aj Ma\u010farsko s\u00fa pod nami zhodne na \u00farovni 41,2\u00a0percenta. E\u0161te v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed rozdiel vidno pri Po\u013esku, kde tento pomer dosahuje 35\u00a0percent. Slovensko tak z\u00a0kraj\u00edn V4 m\u00e1 najvy\u0161\u0161ie za\u0165a\u017eenie\u00a0pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>Rada pre rozpo\u010dtov\u00fa zodpovednos\u0165 (RRZ) e\u0161te vlani pri hodnoten\u00ed konsolida\u010dn\u00e9ho bal\u00ed\u010dka upozornila, \u017ee v\u00a0roku 2026\u00a0zda\u0148ovanie pr\u00e1ce st\u00fapne prakticky naprie\u010d cel\u00fdm mzdov\u00fdm spektrom. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed da\u0148ov\u00fd klin sa pod\u013ea rady t\u00fdka v\u0161etk\u00fdch hrub\u00fdch miezd nad 380\u00a0eur, teda aj pr\u00edjmov hlboko pod minim\u00e1lnou mzdou. E\u0161te tvrd\u0161ie sa zmeny prejavia pri vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch pr\u00edjmoch. Hranica, od ktorej \u010dlovek spolu so zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eom odvedie \u0161t\u00e1tu viac, ne\u017e mu zostane v\u00a0\u010distom, sa pod\u013ea RRZ v\u00a0roku 2026\u00a0zn\u00ed\u017eila zo 7\u00a0700\u00a0na 5\u00a0600\u00a0eur mesa\u010dne. Ide napr\u00edklad o\u00a0zn\u00ed\u017eenie sadzieb dane z\u00a0pr\u00edjmu fyzick\u00fdch os\u00f4b, \u010di naviazanie nezdanite\u013enej \u010dasti z\u00e1kladu dane na minim\u00e1lnu mzdu. \u201eMus\u00edme zni\u017eova\u0165 dane a soci\u00e1lne odvody, nech maj\u00fa \u013eudia vy\u0161\u0161iu \u010dist\u00fa mzdu,\u201c vyjadril sa na margo mo\u017en\u00fdch zmien predseda koali\u010dnej strany SNS Andrej\u00a0Danko.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/ekonomika.pravda.sk\/ludia\/clanok\/795489-stat-chce-konsolidovat-po-novom-namiesto-nizsej-vyplaty-si-mozete-zarobit-viac-problemom-je-tiche-zdanenie\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Minister financi\u00ed Ladislav Kamenick\u00fd (Smer) u\u017e sk\u00f4r nazna\u010dil, \u017ee by sa mohla zv\u00fd\u0161i\u0165 odpo\u010d\u00edtate\u013en\u00e1 polo\u017eka na da\u0148 z\u00a0pr\u00edjmu fyzick\u00fdch os\u00f4b.<\/a> To by znamenalo, \u017ee \u013eudia, ktor\u00ed zar\u00e1baj\u00fa menej, by mohli ma\u0165 na konci mesiaca vy\u0161\u0161ie platy v\u00a0\u010distom.<\/p>\n<p>Skryt\u00e9 n\u00e1klady<\/p>\n<p>Ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 probl\u00e9mu je v\u00a0tom, \u017ee zamestnanec nevid\u00ed cel\u00fa cenu vlastnej pr\u00e1ce. \u201ePodstatn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 tejto z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee toti\u017e zost\u00e1va skryt\u00e1. Zhruba \u0161tyri p\u00e4tiny da\u0148ov\u00e9ho klina tvoria da\u0148 z\u00a0pr\u00edjmu a odvody, z\u00a0ktor\u00fdch v\u00fdznamn\u00fa \u010das\u0165 plat\u00ed zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e. In\u00fdmi slovami, zna\u010dn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 zdanenia pr\u00e1ce sa odohr\u00e1va mimo zorn\u00e9ho po\u013ea zamestnanca,&#8220; skon\u0161tatoval v\u00a0tejto s\u00favislosti hlavn\u00fd ekon\u00f3m Trinity Bank Luk\u00e1\u0161 Kovanda.<\/p>\n<p>Skryt\u00e9 n\u00e1klady pre firmy pritom netvoria len samoton\u00e9 dane a odvody. Do celkovej ceny pr\u00e1ce vstupuj\u00fa aj \u010fal\u0161ie povinnosti, ktor\u00e9 zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e mus\u00ed zaplati\u0165, hoci ich zamestnanec pri mesa\u010dnej v\u00fdplate priamo nevid\u00ed. Ide napr\u00edklad o\u00a0platen\u00e9 sviatky, dovolenku, povinn\u00e9 pr\u00edplatky, stravovanie \u010di \u010fal\u0161ie z\u00e1konn\u00e9 n\u00e1roky.<\/p>\n<p>Od roku 2019\u00a0pod\u013ea INESS Cena zamestnanca nar\u00e1stla o\u00a0dev\u00e4\u0165 percent. Nejde pritom o\u00a0efekt rastu miezd v\u00a0ekonomike, ke\u010f\u017ee in\u0161tit\u00fat porovn\u00e1va rovnak\u00fa mzdu. Rovnak\u00fdch 174\u00a0odpracovan\u00fdch hod\u00edn pri zmluvnej mzde 1\u00a0743\u00a0eur st\u00e1lo firmu v\u00a0roku 2019\u00a0e\u0161te 3\u00a0293\u00a0eur. Dnes je to 3\u00a0623\u00a0eur. Zamestnanec tak vid\u00ed svoju \u010dist\u00fa mzdu, no zamestn\u00e1vate\u013e vid\u00ed \u00faplne in\u00fa sumu\u00a0\u2013 celkov\u00fd n\u00e1klad, ktor\u00fd mus\u00ed zarobi\u0165 na to, aby si jedn\u00e9ho \u010dloveka udr\u017eal.<\/p>\n<p>\t<a class=\"promo-clanok\" href=\"https:\/\/ekonomika.pravda.sk\/ludia\/clanok\/801241-priemerna-mzda-v-polsku-v-marci-dosiahla-2280-eur-pocet-novych-bytov-klesol\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> \t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/varsava-polsko_03-stvorec.jpg\" class=\"promo-clanok-image\" alt=\"Var\u0161ava, Po\u013esko\"\/> \t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u010c\u00edtajte viac \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t \t\t\t\t\tPriemern\u00e1 mzda v Po\u013esku v marci dosiahla 2280 eur, po\u010det nov\u00fdch bytov klesol \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vidite\u013en\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 za\u0165a\u017eenia na Slovensku nevyzer\u00e1 tak dramaticky ako cel\u00fd da\u0148ov\u00fd klin. OECD sleduje aj \u010dist\u00fa priemern\u00fa da\u0148ov\u00fa sadzbu, teda da\u0148 z\u00a0pr\u00edjmu a odvody platen\u00e9 zamestnancom. Priemer OECD bol v\u00a0roku 2025\u00a0na \u00farovni 25,1\u00a0percenta hrubej mzdy, Slovensko pribli\u017ene na 24,2\u00a0percenta. Pri poh\u013eade iba na rozdiel medzi hrubou a \u010distou mzdou teda nep\u00f4sob\u00edme ako extr\u00e9m. Probl\u00e9m sa uk\u00e1\u017ee a\u017e po zapo\u010d\u00edtan\u00ed odvodov zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea. Pr\u00e1ve tam sa skryt\u00fd \u00fa\u010det za pr\u00e1cu naf\u00fakne najviac. OECD pri Slovensku uv\u00e1dza, \u017ee z\u00a0celkovej ceny pr\u00e1ce tvor\u00ed da\u0148 z\u00a0pr\u00edjmu 8,2\u00a0percenta, odvody zamestnanca 10,1\u00a0percenta, no odvody zamestn\u00e1vate\u013ea a\u017e 24,4\u00a0percenta.<\/p>\n<p>Odbor\u00e1ri ale upozor\u0148uj\u00fa, \u017ee debata o\u00a0da\u0148ovom kline m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 zav\u00e1dzaj\u00faca, ak sa pozer\u00e1 iba na jedno \u010d\u00edslo. Ekon\u00f3m Konfeder\u00e1cie odborov\u00fdch zv\u00e4zov (KOZ) Anton Marcin\u010din v\u00a0anal\u00fdze Vysok\u00fd da\u0148ov\u00fd klin? \u00c1no aj nie p\u00ed\u0161e, \u017ee z\u00a0celkov\u00e9ho poh\u013eadu da\u0148ov\u00e9 za\u0165a\u017eenie pr\u00e1ce na Slovensku nie je vysok\u00e9, no z\u00e1rove\u0148 dod\u00e1va, \u017ee by sa u\u017e nemalo \u010falej zvy\u0161ova\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ed\u0165azn\u00e9 rodiny<\/p>\n<p>Rodiny s\u00a0de\u0165mi s\u00fa skupinou, pri ktorej Slovensko v\u00a0medzin\u00e1rodnom porovnan\u00ed nevych\u00e1dza tak tvrdo. Upozor\u0148uje na to aj ekon\u00f3m Marcin\u010din. Pod\u013ea neho maj\u00fa dom\u00e1cnosti s\u00a0de\u0165mi na Slovensku v\u010faka rodinn\u00fdm d\u00e1vkam a da\u0148ov\u00fdm bonusom n\u00edzky da\u0148ov\u00fd klin, zatia\u013e \u010do slobodn\u00e9 a bezdetn\u00e9 osoby nes\u00fa v\u00fdrazne vy\u0161\u0161ie za\u0165a\u017eenie. In\u00fdmi slovami, slovensk\u00fd syst\u00e9m je nastaven\u00fd tak, \u017ee najviac tla\u010d\u00ed na jednotlivcov bez det\u00ed, k\u00fdm rodin\u00e1m \u010das\u0165 bremena vracia cez da\u0148ov\u00e9 zv\u00fdhodnenia a\u00a0d\u00e1vky.<\/p>\n<p>Podobne to pri porovnan\u00ed kraj\u00edn opisuje aj Kovanda. \u201eNa Slovensku a v\u00a0Po\u013esku dosahuje v\u010faka da\u0148ov\u00fdm bonusom a d\u00e1vkam \u010dist\u00fd pr\u00edjem rod\u00edn takmer \u00farove\u0148 ich hrubej mzdy. V\u00a0r\u00e1mci OECD ide sk\u00f4r o\u00a0v\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00fd jav,\u201c skon\u0161tatoval odborn\u00edk. V Eur\u00f3pe aj tak patr\u00edme k najhor\u0161\u00edm, inde \u013eudia zarobia aj trojn\u00e1sobne viac \t\t\t\t \t\t\t \t\t\t<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vidno to aj na d\u00e1tach OECD. K\u00fdm pri samotnom zamestnancovi sa Slovensko so spom\u00ednan\u00fdm da\u0148ov\u00fdm klinom 42,7\u00a0percenta rad\u00ed medzi krajiny s\u00a0najvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm za\u0165a\u017een\u00edm pr\u00e1ce, pri rodin\u00e1ch s\u00a0de\u0165mi je obraz miernej\u0161\u00ed. Jednoz\u00e1robkov\u00e1 dom\u00e1cnos\u0165 s\u00a0dvoma de\u0165mi m\u00e1 v\u00a0OECD priemerne da\u0148ov\u00fd klin 26,2\u00a0percenta a oproti bezdetn\u00e9mu zamestnancovi je zv\u00fdhodnen\u00e1 takmer o\u00a0dev\u00e4\u0165 percentu\u00e1lnych bodov. Na Slovensku je tento rozdiel e\u0161te v\u00fdraznej\u0161\u00ed\u00a0\u2013 \u00faspora pri takejto rodine presahuje 15\u00a0percentu\u00e1lnych bodov z\u00a0ceny\u00a0pr\u00e1ce.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00ed\u0165azom slovensk\u00e9ho nastavenia je teda najm\u00e4 rodina, v\u00a0ktorej jeden rodi\u010d zar\u00e1ba priemern\u00fa mzdu a druh\u00fd nem\u00e1 vlastn\u00fd pr\u00edjem. OECD z\u00e1rove\u0148 upozor\u0148uje, \u017ee v\u00a0roku 2025\u00a0sa da\u0148ov\u00fd klin tejto skupine na Slovensku zv\u00fd\u0161il a\u017e o\u00a05,37\u00a0percentu\u00e1lneho bodu.
