Podobn\u00fa chybu projektanti urobili aj s kri\u017eovatkou D1\/D4, ktor\u00fa aktu\u00e1lne zhotovite\u013e dokon\u010duje. Mysl\u00ed si to dopravn\u00fd analytik Jozef Drahovsk\u00fd. Tunel mal by\u0165 pod\u013ea neho postaven\u00fd z\u00e1rove\u0148 s nov\u00fdm obchvatom. Tunel Karpaty m\u00e1 spoji\u0165 \u00faseky dia\u013enice D4 na severe Bratislavy. Jeho v\u00fdstavbou by sa mal dokon\u010di\u0165 obchvat hlavn\u00e9ho mesta. Ministerstvo dopravy v apr\u00edli ozn\u00e1milo za\u010diatok realiz\u00e1cie prieskumn\u00fdch vrtov.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eJe to pomerne drah\u00e1 v\u00fdstavba, ale ke\u010f sa pozrieme zase do hist\u00f3rie, ona sa u\u017e pripravuje 20 rokov. Ke\u010f bola verejn\u00e1 s\u00fa\u0165a\u017e na D4\/R7, vtedy sa mal robi\u0165 cel\u00fd obchvat D4, vlastne od rak\u00faskej hranice okolo Bratislavy znova po rak\u00fasku hranicu. Vtedy to bolo vymyslen\u00e9 tak, \u017ee v\u0161etko, \u010do sa vy\u0165a\u017e\u00ed v tom tuneli, sa pou\u017eije na n\u00e1sypoch, ale nestalo sa tak,\u201c uviedol Drahovsk\u00fd. Po\u010d\u00edta\u0165 pod\u013ea neho treba s t\u00fdm, \u017ee dokon\u010dovacie pr\u00e1ce bud\u00fa trva\u0165 e\u0161te nieko\u013eko mesiacov. \u201ePredpoklad\u00e1m, \u017ee do zimy to v\u0161etko stihn\u00fa.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Minister dopravy Jozef R\u00e1\u017e (nominant Smeru-SD) v apr\u00edli spomenul, \u017ee na\u010falej prebieha diskusia aj o tom, \u010di z\u00e1padn\u00e9 Slovensko potrebuje paraleln\u00fa cestu R1, ktor\u00e1 by obch\u00e1dzala Senec z juhu a nap\u00e1jala sa na bratislavsk\u00fd obchvat, alebo je lep\u0161\u00edm rie\u0161en\u00edm roz\u0161\u00edrenie existuj\u00facej D1.<\/p>\n<p>Drahovsk\u00fd si mysl\u00ed, \u017ee paraleln\u00e1 r\u00fdchlostn\u00e1 cesta je z \u010disto dopravn\u00e9ho h\u013eadiska lep\u0161\u00edm rie\u0161en\u00edm, preto\u017ee samostatn\u00e1 trasa zaru\u010d\u00ed napojenos\u0165 Bratislavy aj pri zablokovan\u00ed starej dia\u013enice.
