Predlo\u017eenie \u017eiadosti o dot\u00e1ciu na energetick\u00e9 opatrenia schv\u00e1lili poslanci na ostatnom rokovan\u00ed miestneho zastupite\u013estva. Celkov\u00e9 v\u00fddavky na energetick\u00e9 opatrenia odhaduje mestsk\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 na viac ako 602.000 eur, z toho vy\u0161e 333.000 eur maj\u00fa by\u0165 opr\u00e1vnen\u00e9 v\u00fddavky. Samospr\u00e1va chce v r\u00e1mci dot\u00e1cie z\u00edska\u0165 316.000 eur. <\/p>\n<p>\u201eV z\u00e1ujme mestskej \u010dasti je zlep\u0161i\u0165 technick\u00fd stav budovy a zastavi\u0165 jej degrad\u00e1ciu, aby sa mohla plnohodnotne vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 verejnos\u0165ou,\u201c kon\u0161tatuje samospr\u00e1va.<\/p>\n<p>Existuj\u00faca stavba je z h\u013eadiska prev\u00e1dzky v nevyhovuj\u00facom stave. Na obvodov\u00fdch sten\u00e1ch s\u00fa znaky degradovania vn\u00fatorn\u00fdch omietok vplyvom vlhkosti. Budova Prvej konskej \u017eeleznice na kri\u017eovatke ul\u00edc Kr\u00ed\u017ena a Karad\u017ei\u010dova, postaven\u00e1 v rokoch 1836 &#8211; 1840, s\u00favisela s v\u00fdstavbou prvej \u017eeleznice, ktorej prv\u00fd \u00fasek do Sv. Jura otvorili v roku 1840. Prv\u00fd vlak pre\u0161iel po trati do Trnavy 1. j\u00fana 1846 a cesta trvala 2,5 hodiny.
