Under the leadership of Hans Flick, Barcelona continues to deliver impressive scoring figures in La Liga, having reached 55 consecutive matches in which they have scored goals, totaling 141 goals, according to the Spanish newspaper “AS”.

The last match in which Barcelona failed to score in the league dates back to December 15, 2024, when they lost to Leganés 1-0 at Montjuïc Stadium.

Since that match, the team continued their scoring streak, which began with a 2-1 victory against Atletico Madrid at the Metropolitano Stadium and continued until the last encounter against Osasuna, which also ended with a 2-1 result.

On the other hand, Barcelona faced some scoring difficulties in other competitions this season, as they failed to score against Chelsea in the Champions League and lost 3-0. They also lost 2-0 to Atletico Madrid in the first leg of the quarter-finals of the same tournament, in addition to a 4-0 loss to Atletico Madrid in the Copa del Rey without scoring any goals.

Barcelona is approaching the historical record in La Liga, which stands at 63 consecutive matches without failing to score, achieved by teams led by Pep Guardiola, Tito Vilanova, and Tata Martino, with a total of 194 goals.

The team continues its pursuit of achieving 100 points in La Liga, a feat accomplished only twice in history by Real Madrid in the 2011/2012 season and Barcelona in the 2012/2013 season, with four matches remaining until the end of the season.
