Wojciech Szczęsny has reportedly turned down a tempting offer from a major Spanish club, choosing instead to continue his journey with FC Barcelona, where he remains a key figure on and off the pitch.
At 36 years old, the Polish goalkeeper is Barcelona’s second choice behind Joan García. According to mundo deportivo, a major Spanish club has extended him an offer to be their first-choice keeper next season. Yet the Polish is said to prefer to stay in Barcelona, where he feels both relaxed and settled.
Szczesny arrived at the Catalan club in 2024. Following a serious injury to Ter Stegen, Barcelona was left with no choice but to immediately bring in an experienced, capable replacement keeper
