The New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science (NMMNHS) is thrilled to announce that free attendance for Valencia County residents and Isleta Pueblo members is returning in August and September!
In 2023, the museum partnered with the Meta Los Lunas Data Center to expand the Museum’s educational footprint in Valencia County and support the Museum’s Space Science programming. To celebrate the company’s commitment to Valencia County, NMMNHS offers a free month of museum attendance and a free show at the Planetarium, Sponsored by Meta to all Valencia County residents and Isleta Pueblo members for one month each year for the duration of the agreement.
This year, the sponsored attendance period kicks off with a special free preview for Valencia County residents and Isleta Pueblo members during the first weekend of August (Aug. 1-2). Then, the museum is free for both groups throughout September. Eligible residents should bring a driver’s license or any other proof of residency to the Museum’s front desk to participate.
It’s a chance for Valencia County residents and Isleta Pueblo members to explore the newly upgraded museum free of charge!
