The summer transfer window has officially opened and now that the World Cup has come and gone, clubs are working away on major deals. For most clubs, planning will already be complete and they will have identified which players they want to sign, and which players they want to sell.

Today’s biggest transfer stories
Some reports suggest that Tottenham have made an initial approach worth up to €62m for Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen but the Turkish champions are looking for closer to €73m for the 27-year-old Nigerian.
Atlético Madrid are reportedly considering a move for Manchester City winger Jack Grealish, with Everton and Aston Villa also exploring a bid for the 30-year-old Englishman, who spent last season on loan with the Toffees.
Newly-promoted Hull City are set to beat Rangers and Cardiff City to sign Norwegian midfielder Jens Hjertø-Dahl, 20, from Tromso.
