Liverpool have reportedly been in contact with Real Madrid about the possibility of bringing Endrick to Anfield in the final days of the transfer window.
Endrick has endured a difficult spell at the Estadio Bernabeu, struggling for game time in a team stacked with superstars. The Brazilian youngster spent the second half of last season on loan at Lyon in Ligue 1 and got back to his best.
The versatile forward’s future at Madrid has been uncertain after returning from his loan spell. He’s sat out his side’s opening two games of the season with a muscle injury, and in the meantime, speculation over a possible exit has continued.

Liverpool are continuing to explore the market for a new attacking signing despite agreeing on an £120 million deal with Paris Saint-Germain for Bradley Barcola. They have tried and failed with bids for Brighton & Hove Albion’s Yakuba Minteh and Crystal Palace’s Ismaila Sarr.
According to the Liverpool Echo, the Reds asked Madrid about Endrick’s availability but were told that the Spanish giants intend to keep him. That decision likely came from Jose Mourinho, who returned to the club for a second managerial reign earlier this summer.

For Andoni Iraola, it’s another winger to cross off his list as he looks to further strengthen out wide. After watching his side draw both of their opening games, he’d have been concerned, and that came just hours before a shock transfer twist.
Liverpool undoubtedly have to replace Cody Gakpo, who is the subject of advanced talks between the Anfield outfit and Manchester City. A £85m fee is expected to be enough to secure the Dutchman’s signature, and the Reds are leaving it late to sign a replacement.
Endrick was probably the most exciting name on their list, but he’s seemingly not unavailable, which is a shame given how Carlo Ancelotti previosuly lavished him with praise.

There are suggestions that Iraola’s bosses could return for Sarr, but they have given up hope of signing Minteh due to Brighton’s £80m valuation.
