Hamilton County launches ‘Who Dey to Madrid’ promotion as new season nears

Matthew DietzHAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio —

With the Cincinnati Bengals just days away from starting the 2026 season, Hamilton County has launched a new promotion around the team’s upcoming trip to Spain.

The Bengals will play their third ever international game on Nov. 8, against the Atlanta Falcons in Madrid, Spain.

With some Cincinnati fans planning to make the trip overseas, the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts has launched the “Who Dey to Madrid” promotion, offering people who wear Bengals gear to one of their participating passport locations 50 percent off their photo.

With the promotion, the cost of a passport in Hamilton County would be $10.

“As the Bengals get ready to head to Madrid, Spain, later this season, we want to make sure you’re ready to travel with them,” said clerk Pavan Parikh. “Wear your orange and black, and let’s cheer our hometown team. Who Dey!”

The downtown Cincinnati, Red Bank and Seven Hills offices are participating in the promotion this week, starting on Tuesday.

In addition to their Bengals gear, applicants need to bring money for fees, their identification cards and application forms. More information on what to bring can be found here.
