The Valencia Kite Festival returns to Cabanyal Beach for its 25th edition.

Weather permitting, the event will take place in front of the seafront promenade, in an impressive 15,000 m² flying area. This space will be filled with colours dancing to the rhythm of the wind with kites of all kinds, including multi-component, static, acrobatic, giant and 3D kites.

What to expect from the Kite Festival 2026

Get ready to enjoy a whole day of free activities for the little ones, including craft workshops, kite flying and kite control, as well as exhibitions and demonstrations that promise to entertain throughout the day.

10:00 to 11:30 a.m. – Children’s kite-making workshop

11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. – Acrobatic kite flying exhibition by professionals

1:00 to 2:00 p.m. – Children’s kite workshop

2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Lunch break and free activities

3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. – Advanced workshop on kite flying and control techniques

4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. – Children’s kite workshop

5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. – Free flying and large kite demonstrations

7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Closing ceremony and trophy presentation
