The summer transfer window has officially opened and now that the World Cup has come and gone, clubs are working away on major deals. For most clubs, planning will already be complete and they will have identified which players they want to sign, and which players they want to sell.

Liverpool will reportedly target Adam Wharton when Curtis Jones completes his move to Inter Milan. The Reds have a long standing interest in the Crystal Palace midfielder but the Eagles will hold out for a fee in excess of €85 million.
Manchester City have identified Manu Koné as a potential midfield addition after the departure of Rodri. The 25-year-old impressed at the World Cup for France it’s understood that Roma want around €60m for their prized asset.
Crystal Palace have rejected Galatasaray’s opening offer for Ismailia Sarr. The Turkish giants are expected to return with an improved bid and are prepared to substantially increased the Senegal winger’s salary.
