Chinese green technology firm Envision Energy said it has secured a $500 million vendor financing agreement with BBVA Corporate & Investment Banking (BBVA CIB) to support its global expansion across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.<\/p>\n

The company said the funding will be used to back its business growth in these regions.\u00a0The vendor financing programme adopts a flexible structure aimed at supporting customers through diversified financing instruments, improved working capital management, and extended payment terms.<\/p>\n

The framework enables financing opportunities to be identified early in project development and provides advisory support throughout the project lifecycle. By offering financing solutions aligned with project requirements, the programme is expected to reduce capital constraints for customers and support the expansion of Envision\u2019s global business.\u00a0Previously, Envision signed a $600 million equivalent sustainability-linked syndicated loan in Hong Kong, with BBVA acting as one of the mandated lead arrangers.<\/p>\n

Henry Peng, Senior Vice President at Envision Energy <\/a>and President for Europe and Latin America, said the programme would help optimise working capital while supporting faster deployment of the company\u2019s renewable energy technologies across key markets.<\/p>\n
