The transaction was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.biva.mx\/cms\/documents\/20123\/2837eb1f-7edf-5d98-81f8-225e47766a99?download=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">2.2x oversubscribed<\/a> relative to the MXN 500 million offered.<\/p>\n<p>This transaction will allow Dalton Financiera (DAF) to obtain funding to refinance its outstanding trust-issued \u201ccertificados burs\u00e1tiles\u201d (CEBURES), ticker DAFCB 24, also for MXN 500 million.
