He will lead the creative development of new projects, define editorial vision of productions and oversee the sales plan and international market penetration strategy. Last month, Secuoya Studios CEO Brendan Fitzgerald <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/2026\/04\/brendan-fitzgerald-exits-secuoya-studios-ceo-1236864217\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">exited<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tSecuoya said the move signals a \u201cnew phase of growth and international expansion\u201d while \u201cfurther strengthening the independent studio model.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\t\u201cSecuoya Studios has extraordinary talent, vision, and potential to continue growing in the global market,\u201d said Caro, adding that he is \u201cvery excited to be part of that journey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tRa\u00fal Berdon\u00e9s, Executive Chairman, added: \u201cJos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Caro brings together an exceptional combination of creative vision, international experience, and deep expertise in content development and production. His arrival reinforces Secuoya Studios\u2019 commitment to a strong and distinctive strategy, consolidating our position as a studio focused on creating meaningful stories with a unique identity and the ability to connect with global audiences.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto     \">\n\tThe news has emerged just a day after it was revealed that Caro was exiting HBO owner <a href=\"https:\/\/deadline.com\/tag\/warner-bros-discovery\/\" id=\"auto-tag_warner-bros-discovery\" data-tag=\"warner-bros-discovery\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Warner Bros.
