It allows non-European Union citizens to live and work remotely in Spain for up to 5 years (three-year initial, two-year renewal).<\/p>\n<p>It has been ranked as Number 1 globally by the Global Citizen Solutions Digital Nomad Report 2025 and highly favoured on Nomad List. Hundreds of non-European Union residents live across the Balearics thanks to the Nomad visa. Over 25,000 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.majorcadailybulletin.com\/tag\/Digital+nomads.html?utm_source=Inline-tag&amp;utm_medium=internal\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">digital nomads<\/a> have moved to Spain in the last three years (by Nov 2025), making it one of the most sought-after options for moving to Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Applicants need to prove a salary of at least 200% of Spain&#8217;s minimum wage\u2014roughly 2,600 euros\u2013\u20ac2,849 euros per month (approx. 31,200\u201334,000 euros per year).
