Spain: NUMA Group will launch its premium aparthotel brand<\/a> Native by Numa in Marbella next year, the brand\u2019s first location outside the UK.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The six-storey property is located along the main avenue of Marbella and will feature 70 rooms, a restaurant, swimming pool, and rooftop terrace. It is expected to open in 2027.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In addition to Marbella, NUMA is looking to extend the brand in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville or Granada, and is also looking at acquisition or development opportunities in Mallorca and Ibiza.\u00a0<\/p>\n
