King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain are parents to two daughters\u2014Princess Leonor, who will one day take the throne, and Princess Sofia.<\/p>\n

The sisters are famously close, and had a busy, multifaceted day on June 7.<\/p>\n

After meeting with the pope, the two took in a Bad Bunny concert together in Madrid.<\/p>\n

Sure, they may be royalty, but famously close sisters Princess Leonor and Princess Sofia of Spain are also, like the rest of the world, fans of Bad Bunny.<\/p>\n

It was a big day for the sisters that included meeting Pope Leo XIV and seeing the singer during a girls\u2019 night out in Madrid. \u201cThey were in a private box having the time of their lives,\u201d journalist Javi Hoyos told Hola!<\/a> of seeing the sisters with their friends.<\/p>\n

Hoyos, who posted a clip of the princesses to TikTok<\/a>, said that they were not in the Casita at the show\u2014the VIP area\u2014at the June 7 show at Riyadh Air Metropolitano. Bad Bunny visited Madrid as part of his Deb\u00ed Tirar M\u00e1s Fotos World Tour.<\/p>\n

Leonor, 20, is the future queen of Spain, and she and sister Sofia, 19, have long been close. They are the only children of King Felipe and Queen Letizia.<\/p>\n

\u201cI love seeing them like regular people,\u201d Hoyos said. \u201cThese images are great because they remind us they\u2019re human, they\u2019re young women enjoying themselves.\u201d<\/p>\n

Bad Bunny\u2019s show Sunday was sold out, and the sisters\u2019 outing came just hours after they met the pope with their parents on June 6. The pope even joked about how his visit overlapped with Bad Bunny\u2019s, quipping, \u201cWould young people rather see Bad Bunny or the Pope?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cMany will be going to the Bad Bunny concert, but I\u2019m convinced there will also be some who come to see the Pope,\u201d he told the press<\/a> during the flight from Rome to Madrid. \u201cAnd that says a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n

The king, queen, and their daughters welcomed the pontiff to the Royal Palace in Madrid as his visit kicked off; they met him again on Sunday as he celebrated the Corpus Christi Mass at the Plaza de Cibeles\u2014making for a very busy Sunday for Leonor and Sofia.<\/p>\n

At the show, Leonor dressed casually in jeans, a red T-shirt, and a matching red handbag, sunglasses perched atop her head (instead of the crown she will one day wear). Sofia, for her part, wore an understated all-white look, Hola! reported.<\/p>\n

Leonor and Sofia follow in their mother Letizia\u2019s footsteps of enjoying live music. The sisters took in a Rosalia show at Madrid\u2019s Movistar Arena in April\u2014where Letizia joined them for the festivities.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey had an amazing time,\u201d journalist Marta Riesco told Hola!. \u201cThey arrived a few minutes after the concert started and left before the opening notes of \u2018Magnolias.\u2019 Such a shame, because for me it was one of the best songs of the night.\u201d<\/p>\n

Leonor and Sofia\u2019s close relationship was on display as they met the pope, as they linked arms for what Tatler<\/a> called \u201ctheir most high-profile appearance to date.\u201d Leonor, dressed in a powder blue dress, leaned over at one point to whisper something to Sofia, who wore a mint green suit.<\/p>\n

On National Day, Leonor made a loving reference to her sister in a speech dedicated to the guest of honor, tennis legend Serena Williams.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s wonderful that you say without Venus [Williams, her sister], there wouldn\u2019t have been a Serena,\u201d Leonor said, adding that sisters are \u201cour great allies and travel companions\u201d as she smiled at Sofia in the crowd.<\/p>\n
