Coinciding with the start of the summer season, the marina is inaugurating its inner basin, Marina City, which will be operational to provide exclusive services and a 360-degree offering to the first clients of the year.

Located in the most sheltered area of the port, Marina City has been designed to accommodate vessels between 12 and 130 metres in length, incorporating an exclusive central pontoon with berths from 15 metres upwards, available for purchase or rental for periods of 10, 15 or 20 years. The facilities include 24-hour security, fuel supply, parking and rigorous environmental management aimed at leading the blue economy in the Mediterranean.

Residents of Valencia will also be able to enjoy the new features arriving at Marina Norte, where the new restaurant located in the former Panorama facilities will be inaugurated. The design of the space already offers, from the outside, a glimpse of a unique and exclusive setting that aims to become a gastronomic benchmark. Also in Marina Norte, construction will begin on the new buildings dedicated to business activity, which will host leading companies and create an ideal networking environment for talent and innovation.

As this is a comprehensive transformation of the marina, the completion of the entire plan will require several years of development. However, the phased progress will allow residents of Valencia to gradually discover new public-use spaces. The key to this integration lies in a landscaping project designed by GM Paisajistas in coordination with the ERRE architecture team. Gustavo Marina’s team has created a concept that links the marinas, Marina Norte, Marina City and Marina Sur, through a large “green ribbon” that serves as a pedestrian and cycling route thanks to its Mediterranean vegetation.

Through this project, Marina Port Valencia connects the city with the sea. In doing so, it responds to local leisure needs and offers the corporate sector an unrivalled economic and port environment, consolidating itself as a leading national and international destination based on sustainability.

16th June 2026 by Agencies The project begins its summer season with the inner marina completed and available…

[6
19556,95
post-42226","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-valencia","tag-marina-city","tag-valencia
["GET
