The new joiner brings over two decades of experience handling corporate M&A matters for Spanish and international clients.<\/p>\n

Global law firm Freshfields<\/a> has added Pablo Gonz\u00e1lez Mosqueira to its global M&A<\/a> and capital practice, the firm announced this week. Gonz\u00e1lez Mosqueira will step into the role of partner and lead the Madrid-based private equity team.<\/p>\n

The move marks Gonz\u00e1lez Mosqueira\u2019s departure from P\u00e9rez-Llorca after 12 years as partner in the firm\u2019s M&A department. Earlier in his career, he spent a further seven years with P\u00e9rez-Llorca as associate, in addition to stints with CMS and as a law Professor at IE University in Madrid.<\/p>\n

Gonz\u00e1lez Mosqueira\u2019s experience spans private equity<\/a>, M&As and corporate law across corporate transactions such as joint ventures and capital market transactions. He provides counsel to both Spanish and international clients.<\/p>\n
