Robbie Williams<\/a> surprised fans in Seville by joining a busker for an impromptu performance of \u2018Angels\u2019 \u2013 check out footage below.<\/p>\n

The moment took place in the city\u2019s Santa Mar\u00eda la Blanca area, where Williams came across a street musician playing his 1997 hit.<\/p>\n

Footage shared online shows Williams stepping up to the microphone and singing along, as passers-by\u00a0excitedly\u00a0gathered around to film the surprise performance on their phones.<\/p>\n

The spontaneous street performance came ahead of Williams\u2019 show at Ic\u00f3nica Santaluc\u00eda Sevilla Fest, which took place in the city\u2019s Plaza de Espa\u00f1a on June 30. Watch \u2018Angels\u2019 from the big stage here:<\/p>\n

The Seville date formed part of\u00a0his current \u2018Long 90s\u2019 world tour<\/a>, which is\u00a0in support of\u00a0his latest album \u2018BRITPOP<\/a>\u2019.\u00a0Released in January,\u00a0the record\u00a0saw\u00a0Williams surpass The Beatles to claim\u00a0the record for the most UK Number One albums by a solo artist<\/a>, with 16.<\/p>\n

Earlier this year,\u00a0Williams teamed up with Reverend & The Makers on their introspective single \u2018Fucked Up\u2019<\/a>,\u00a0with\u00a0frontman\u00a0Jon McClure describing him as \u201cthe soundest fella in the music game\u201d.<\/p>\n

In April,\u00a0Williams\u00a0also responded to a\u00a0social media\u00a0critic who appeared not to know who The Lottery Winners\u00a0frontman Thom Rylance was<\/a>, describing the singer as \u201ctalented, kind, funny\u201d\u00a0and \u201cthe most important person I\u2019ve met in the last 12 months\u201d.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere,\u00a0Williams hit back at a \u201cbully\u201d podcaster who\u00a0criticised\u00a0him<\/a>, writing: \u201cI\u2019m\u00a0a real Redcoat.\u00a0You\u2019re\u00a0a real bully. I know which one\u00a0I\u2019d\u00a0rather be.\u201d<\/p>\n

In February,\u00a0he led an Ozzy Osbourne tribute at the BRIT Awards<\/a>, performing \u2018No More Tears\u2019 after the Black Sabbath icon was\u00a0honoured\u00a0with the Lifetime Achievement award.<\/p>\n

Williams was also recently named Port Vale FC\u2019s Foundation Ambassador and official front-of-shirt partner<\/a>, with his \u2018RW\u2019 mark appearing on the club\u2019s home and away shirts for the 2026\/27 and 2027\/28 seasons.<\/p>\n
