Possible betrayal of Raphinha: his father would have swindled him out of a lot of money<\/a><\/p>\n\n MadridThe judge of the National High Court Antonio Pi\u00f1a has opened a trial against BBVA, its former president Francisco Gonz\u00e1lez and 14 other people, including former executives of the banking entity and police commanders, for a series of allegedly illegal assignments made to commissioner Jos\u00e9 Manuel Villarejo between 2004 and 2016. In the order to open the trial of piece 9 of the T\u00e0ndem case, the magistrate collects the prosecution’s and private prosecutions’ indictments and sends BBVA to trial for crimes of bribery and 52 counts of discovery and revelation of secrets.<\/p>\n
\n In the case of former president Francisco Gonz\u00e1lez, the investigating judge sends him to trial for crimes of active and passive bribery, 42 counts of discovery and revelation of secrets, criminal group, disloyal administration, and document forgery. Several former bank executives will also be tried for these same crimes.<\/p>\n
\n In its ruling, the magistrate sets an amount of 1,173,333 euros to secure civil liabilities with the warning that their assets will be seized if they do not deposit this bail within three days and designates the criminal chamber as the body responsible for judging these events.
