Neoenergia<\/a>, a subsidiary of the Iberdrola<\/a> Group in Brazil, has obtained the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification for the third consecutive year, which assesses the working environment and the strength of the corporate culture.\u00a0<\/p>\n

This new recognition reaffirms the commitment of the Spanish energy company and its Brazilian subsidiary to a working environment based on values and sound working principles such as trust, professional development and the commitment of its teams.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The certification covers all Neoenergia companies and reflects a shared culture across the various businesses and regions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A key figure to note is the record participation in the internal survey of Neoenergia employees. In the 2026 edition, the company achieved a 90% participation rate in the internal survey, the highest level in its history.\u00a0<\/p>\n
