{"id":59561,"date":"2026-07-23T10:06:13","date_gmt":"2026-07-23T10:06:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/spain\/59561\/"},"modified":"2026-07-23T10:06:13","modified_gmt":"2026-07-23T10:06:13","slug":"ford-and-geely-to-create-vehicles-together-at-valencia-facility-the-irish-news","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/spain\/59561\/","title":{"rendered":"Ford and Geely to create vehicles together at Valencia facility \u2013 The Irish News"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph\">A new joint venture between Ford and Geely will see the pair build new cars for the European market at the American brand\u2019s production site in Valencia, Spain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">The Blue Oval will join forces with one of China\u2019s largest carmakers to create a series of new vehicles, the first of which will roll off the line in 2028.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Under the proposed agreement, Ford will own 66 per cent of the new entity, with Geely Auto owning 34 per cent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph\">Under Ford badging, the pair will produce a new Europe-focused Bronco, a car which takes an iconic name from one of America\u2019s most popular models.
