At just 19, Lamine Yamal has become the face of Spain\u2019s new generation after helping La Roja lift the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Born near Barcelona to a Moroccan father, Mounir Nasraoui, who immigrated to Spain and an Equatorial Guinean mother, Sheila Ebana, Yamal proudly embraces his multicultural roots. Raised in the working-class neighborhood of Rocafonda, he often celebrates his hometown by referencing its postcode, 304, and is open about his Muslim faith\u2014often praying on the pitch before or after matches.<\/p>\n
