(Photo by Alex Caparros\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With fresh funds available, the Villans are expected to invest heavily in the squad, and Bernal has become their priority signing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report claims the English club are considering an offer worth \u00a330 million (\u20ac35 million) for the Barcelona academy graduate.<\/p>\n<p>Barcelona unwilling to sell<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Despite the reported interest, Barcelona have no intention of allowing Bernal to leave.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The midfielder is viewed as one of the club\u2019s most important young talents and is expected to play an even bigger role under Hansi Flick next season, particularly following Frenkie de Jong\u2019s injury.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Internally, Barcelona see Bernal as a cornerstone of both the present and the future.<\/p>\n<p>Man City also keeping an eye<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report also suggests <a href=\"https:\/\/barcauniversal.com\/manchester-city-step-up-interest-in-barcelona-midfielder-liked-by-flick\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Manchester City are keeping a close eye on Bernal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enzo Maresca\u2019s side are said to be assessing midfield options amid uncertainty surrounding Rodri\u2019s future, with the Spanish international continuing to be linked with Real Madrid.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/spain\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/fc-barcelona-v-newcastle-united-fc-uefa-champions-league-2025-26-round-of-16-second-leg-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Marc Bernal of FC Barcelona\" class=\"wp-image-202401\"  \/>Not for sale.
