{"id":66720,"date":"2026-08-06T15:13:15","date_gmt":"2026-08-06T15:13:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/spain\/66720\/"},"modified":"2026-08-06T15:13:15","modified_gmt":"2026-08-06T15:13:15","slug":"liverpool-women-sign-spain-midfielder-natalia-ramos-from-cd-tenerife","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/spain\/66720\/","title":{"rendered":"Liverpool Women sign Spain midfielder Natalia Ramos from CD Tenerife"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Liverpool Women have signed Spanish central midfielder Natalia Ramos from Liga F side, CD Tenerife Feminino, subject to visa approval and international clearance.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">The 27-year-old makes the move to Merseyside from sunny Tenerife having come off what seemed to have been a solid season for the midfielder, having scored ten goals along with five assists in her thirty appearances for the club last season.<\/p>\n<p>Spain youth pedigree<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Despite no senior international appearances for her home country of Spain, she had previously played for Spain at youth level, getting capped at both under-17 and under-19 level.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">She was also notably a part of the Spanish squad that won the under-19s Women&#8217;s European Championship in Northern Ireland back in 2017.<\/p>\n<p>Taking the No.6 shirt<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Natalia Ramos will wear the No.6 shirt for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vavel.com\/en\/data\/liverpool-women\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Liverpool Women<\/a>, which notably was most recently worn for the latter half of last season by Irish international Denise O&#8217;Sullivan, who left the club on an obligation-to-buy loan to NWSL side Gotham FC after just half a season at the club.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Ramos on receiving the No.6 shirt said: &#8220;I feel very happy and privileged to take this shirt and sign at the club.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"ql-align-justify\">Ramos on joining the club said: &#8220;I&#8217;m really, really happy.
