FC Barcelona has rejected Paris Saint-Germain\u2019s first bid for Ferran Torres<\/a> according to Mundo Deportivo<\/a> and MARCA, citing anonymous sources.<\/p>\n PSG\u2019s first offer is a fixed $46 million (\u20ac40 million) for Ferran, and it has been knocked back because Bar\u00e7a is holding out for something bigger.<\/p>\n This comes despite the 26-year-old being in the last 11 months of his contract, which expires on June 30, 2027. <\/p>\n Ferran\u2019s contractual situation is also probably what has inspired such a low ball bid. <\/p>\n This is the last summer that Bar\u00e7a can hope to cash in on the player it agreed to pay Manchester City $63 million (\u20ac55 million) for in late 2021.<\/p>\n In January, he\u2019ll be free to negotiate with other clubs and then leave for nothing after the mentioned date.<\/p>\n It is also worth noting that Ferran\u2019s stock has risen this summer.
