Francis Steven Dixon, from <a aria-label=\"\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/warrington\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\" target=\"\">Warrington<\/a>, is wanted on recall back to prison, but police believe the 51-year-old is out of the country.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">It&#8217;s understood Dixon could have fled to either Spain, Turkey or Cyprus.
