For example, Arta reached 40.9\u00baC, Colonia de Sant Pere hit 40.6\u00baC, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.majorcadailybulletin.com\/tag\/Puerto+Pollensa.html?utm_source=Inline-tag&amp;utm_medium=internal\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Puerto Pollensa<\/a> recorded 40.1\u00baC. Meanwhile, Miramar in Valencia measured 40.4\u00baC. All these values were noted before 1pm. Elsewhere in Spain, a noticeable decline in peak temperatures was observed.<\/p>\n<p>Camacho also reported that warm nights persisted, although less intense than the previous evening. Only four weather stations recorded nighttime minimums above 25\u00baC, including La Mola (Menorca) at 28.4\u00baC, and others like Soller (Mallorca), Cartagena (Murcia), and Pollensa (Mallorca) with values just above 25\u00baC.<\/p>\n<p>Rainfall notably affected northern regions, Castilla y Le\u00f3n, the Ebro valley, the Pyrenees, much of the eastern areas, and parts near the Gulf of C\u00e1diz. Eleven stations accumulated over 10 litres per square metre (l\/m\u00b2) within 24 hours. Leading this list was Ainsa (Huesca) with 59.8 l\/m\u00b2 total precipitation, including an hourly peak of 53.6 l\/m\u00b2 and a ten-minute intensity of 24 l\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Within Valencia, the highest rain totals were 53 l\/m\u00b2 in Poliny\u00e0, 50.6 l\/m\u00b2 in X\u00e0tiva, and 41.4 l\/m\u00b2 in Carcaixent. Santander Airport closed the list with 30.9 l\/m\u00b2 recorded throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p>Wind gusts were significant due to convective storms affecting the southeast, Valencia, Balearics, alongside thunderstorms in the Pyrenees and Ebro Valley. The strongest gust in AEMET&#8217;s main network was at Menorca Airport with 120.6 km\/h.
