Marc Casado\u2019s departure from Barcelona is beginning to attract interest from across Europe, with RB Leipzig emerging as the latest club to explore a potential deal for the midfielder.<\/p>\n

According to transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano<\/a>, the Bundesliga side is among the clubs that have contacted Barcelona within the last 48 hours to ask about the conditions required to sign Casado.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Romano also mentions that Turkish teams are also monitoring the situation, as the 22-year-old\u2019s departure from the Blaugrana becomes increasingly likely.<\/p>\n

The growing number of enquiries is significant because Casado is no longer a player attracting occasional interest.\u00a0<\/p>\n

His future is actively being linked away from Barcelona, with the midfielder currently training separately from the main group as all parties work towards finding his next destination.<\/p>\n

RB Leipzig enter race for Marc Casado\u00a0<\/p>\n

Leipzig\u2019s interest adds another major European option to Casado\u2019s list of potential destinations.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The German club have made contact with Barcelona to understand the conditions of a possible transfer, although no formal agreement or offer has yet emerged.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, Turkish clubs are also keen on the Barcelona midfielder, creating a wider market for a player who has been expected to leave for some time.<\/p>\n

Casado has known since the end of last season that regular first-team opportunities could be difficult to secure during the current campaign.<\/p>\n

That prompted his camp to begin exploring a move<\/a>, and the midfielder now appears to be moving closer to a permanent exit.<\/p>\n

The immediate question is no longer whether there will be interest, as Barcelona must now wait to see which club is prepared to take the next step.<\/p>\n

Barcelona asking \u20ac25 million for Casado<\/p>\n

Despite the number of clubs making enquiries, Casado\u2019s valuation has complicated his search for a new team.<\/p>\n

Barcelona are currently seeking around \u20ac25 million<\/a> for the midfielder and the interested clubs have so far found it difficult to reach that figure.<\/p>\n

The situation is particularly notable given how Casado\u2019s value has changed over a relatively short period.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Barcelona could have potentially commanded more than \u20ac30 million<\/a> for him previously, but his reduced playing time last season has affected his market position.<\/p>\n

Barcelona nevertheless appear unwilling to significantly compromise on their current valuation, meaning any club interested in the midfielder will need to move closer to the \u20ac25 million mark.<\/p>\n

Turkey, England and Saudi Arabia remain possible options<\/p>\n

Leipzig are not the only club assessing the situation. Casado has attracted interest from several markets throughout the summer.<\/p>\n

Two Saudi Arabian clubs, including Al Hilal, have previously been linked with the Barcelona midfielder. A move to the Middle East appears unlikely, though, as Casado does not want to continue his career there.<\/p>\n

In England, Sunderland and Nottingham Forest have<\/a> also emerged as potential destinations, while Turkish clubs continue to show interest.<\/p>\n
