href=\"https:\/\/www.majorcadailybulletin.com\/tag\/Pollensa.html?utm_source=Inline-tag&amp;utm_medium=internal\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pollensa<\/a> and costs 46 million euros, according to a study by the property portal Idealista, which also lists the third and fifth <a href=\"https:\/\/www.majorcadailybulletin.com\/tag\/Most+expensive+properties.html?utm_source=Inline-tag&amp;utm_medium=internal\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">most expensive properties<\/a> in the country as being in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.majorcadailybulletin.com\/tag\/Mallorca.html?utm_source=Inline-tag&amp;utm_medium=internal\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mallorca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The most expensive property for sale in Spain is in the town of Marbella, in M\u00e1laga, and costs 70 million euros, according to a ranking compiled by the website, which is dominated by properties on the Costa del Sol and the Balearics.<\/p>\n<p>Topping the list is Villa Bellagio, on Marbella\u2019s Golden Mile \u2013 a palace featuring a gym, sauna, several swimming pools, a bowling alley, a bar and a cinema, all set on a 14,000-square-metre plot and boasting thirteen bedrooms, Idealista reported in a statement on Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>In second place is the luxury villa in Pollensa, whose views, 11 bedrooms, privacy and unique access to the sea drive the price up to 46 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>Third is Villa Solitaire, a designer home in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.majorcadailybulletin.com\/tag\/Palma.html?utm_source=Inline-tag&amp;utm_medium=internal\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Palma<\/a> designed by architect Matteo Thun, inspired by ship\u2019s sails, featuring seven bedrooms, whilst outside it boasts two swimming pools and, on the roof terrace, a jacuzzi and an open-air cinema, priced at 39.5 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>Next on the list is La Madrugada, a Hispano-Arabic-style estate in Benahav\u00eds (M\u00e1laga) surrounded by nature, with views of both the mountains and the sea, and featuring seventeen bedrooms, all for 34 million euros.<\/p>\n<p>Rounding off this list in fifth place is a country house in the municipality of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.majorcadailybulletin.com\/tag\/Puigpunyent.html?utm_source=Inline-tag&amp;utm_medium=internal\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Puigpunyent<\/a>, just 20 minutes from Palma, which stands out for its views and its blend of traditional features and modern sophistication, and is on the market for 29.5 million.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The
