Participants called for justice for the victims and emphasized the importance of preserving the memory of those who died in pursuit of freedom and democracy.<\/p>\n<p>Demonstrators described the executions as a blatant violation of human rights and called for regime change in Iran. They urged the Spanish government and the international community to adopt a firm policy toward Iran\u2019s ruling clerical regime, increase pressure to halt executions, and support the Iranian people\u2019s aspirations for freedom, democracy, and human rights.<\/p>\n<p>Spanish citizens also visited the event, expressed their solidarity, and signed petitions condemning the Iranian regime\u2019s executions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"PMOI supporters hold a photo exhibition in Alicante, Spain, condemning executions in Iran.
