Spain will play three home test matches in November 2026 as part of the World Rugby Nations Cup. Los Leones will take-on three fellow teams that will also compete at Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia. Spain\u2019s three upcoming home test matches will be in Madrid, Legan\u00e9s and M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n

Following on from their July tour of North America<\/a>,\u00a0Los Leones will this time have home advantage. Spain open their November by taking-on Uruguay at the Estadio Nacional Complutense in Madrid. The November 07 fixture will have a 4pm kick-off.<\/p>\n

Game two for the Spanish will also be against a South American opponent. Los Leones will face Chile at the Estadio Ontime Butarque in Legan\u00e9s (Madrid) on Saturday, November 14. Kick-off for this fixture will be one hour later at 5pm local time.<\/p>\n

Spain\u2019s third match of the World Rugby Nations Cup in November will be against Samoa. Los Leones play host to the former Tier 2 powerhouses at the Estadio de Atletismo Ciudad de M\u00e1laga (M\u00e1laga) on Saturday, November 21.<\/p>\n

Spain are coached by former Puma Pablo Bouza. He coached many of the contemporary Uruguayan players while he was head coach of Pe\u00f1arol in Super Rugby Americas. Bouza was the head coach of Pe\u00f1arol from 2020 to 2023. He won back-to-back Super Rugby Americas championships (2022 and 2023) with the Uruguayan franchise.<\/p>\n

Under Bouza Los Leones successfully qualified for Rugby World Cup 2027. The tournament will be Spain\u2019s second World Cup after debuting in 1999. Bouza played for his native Argentina at Rugby World Cup 2003 which was in Australia. Spain will face Argentina, Canada and Fiji at Rugby World Cup 2027 in Australia.<\/p>\n
