Through the application, users can check and compare, among other content, account conditions, card types, and savings products available from the Group\u2019s digital banks in Italy and Germany. The conversation also provides direct links to these products on the bank\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>BBVA expects this experience to evolve progressively into a digital companion that helps people make better financial decisions through a conversational, simple, and personalized interaction.<\/p>\n<p>With this launch, BBVA takes another step forward in integrating digital banking with conversational<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbva.com\/en\/innovation\/data-innovation\/artificial-intelligence\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"> artificial intelligence<\/a>, opening the door to new forms of interaction between financial services and AI, and reinforcing its commitment to being present on the channels where customers already interact. \u201cOur digital banks in Italy and Germany continue to lead the way in innovation. Being available directly in ChatGPT means moving towards a more natural, accessible, and seamlessly integrated form of banking in people\u2019s everyday lives,\u201d said Murat Kalkan, Global Head of Digital Banks at BBVA.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative is part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbva.com\/en\/innovation\/bbva-and-openai-seal-a-strategic-alliance-to-redefine-banking-with-artificial-intelligence\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">strategic collaboration between BBVA and OpenAI<\/a>, which has positioned the bank among the most advanced institutions in the adoption of generative artificial intelligence. This collaboration includes the co-creation of AI-based solutions to build a new, radically customer-centric financial services proposition and to drive a more productive and efficient operating model.<\/p>\n<p>How to access BBVA app in ChatGPT<\/p>\n<p>Only available in Italian and German for customers accessing ChatGPT from Italy or Germany.<br \/>\nCustomers can access the BBVA app either via <a href=\"https:\/\/chatgpt.com\/apps\/bbva\/asdk_app_695e0c5053808191ba1b364b0690fa94\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">this dedicated link<\/a> or by searching BBVA in the Apps section within ChatGPT (on the top left of their screen on desktop and in the top-left menu in their ChatGPT mobile applications).<br \/>\nUsers will be prompted to connect the BBVA app to their ChatGPT experience.<br \/>\nAfter completing this step, they can start interacting with BBVA by addressing the app directly within the conversation. For example, users can ask questions by mentioning the app and typing their query, enabling a seamless, conversational interaction, i.e. \u2018@BBVA App What are the advantages of the BBVA account?\u2019.
