\n CaixaBank, Flanks
\n Flanks<\/a>, a
\n Spain-headquartered wealthtech company,\u00a0has been selected by
\n Spain\u2019s CaixaBank
\n Wealth Management<\/a> to underpin GlobalView, a new
\n multi-custodian financial position aggregator from a large
\n European financial institution.
\n<\/p>\n
\n GlobalView enables CaixaBank”s private banking clients holding
\n assets across multiple financial institutions to consolidate and
\n analyse all their financial positions under a single, unified
\n framework, the firm said in a statement. Flanks provides the
\n automated connection, daily data collection, and standardisation
\n layer that makes this possible, drawing on its connectivity with
\n financial institutions across 33 countries to extract, normalise,
\n and enrich position data from any custodian and deliver it in a
\n format CaixaBank can use.
\n<\/p>\n
\n The consolidated data feeds directly into CaixaBank Wealth
\n Management’s GPS platform, powered by BlackRock’s Aladdin Wealth\u2122
\n technology, giving managers access to sophisticated portfolio
\n analytics \u2013\u00a0including risk scenario simulation, asset class
\n breakdowns, and investment exposure analysis \u2013\u00a0across
\n positions held both inside and outside the bank.
\n<\/p>\n
\n The launch of GlobalView will initially be available to
\n CaixaBank’s Global Wealth clients \u2013\u00a0those with an
\n independent advisory contract and more than \u20ac4 million ($4.73
\n million) in assets \u2013\u00a0before being extended to the broader
\n private banking division.
\n<\/p>\n
\n Mapfre, Manova Partners
\n Mapfre<\/a>, a large
\n Spanish\u00a0insurance company, and Manova Partners<\/a>, an
\n international real estate investment business\u00a0based in
\n Munich, have acquired the fully-let Grade A office property One
\n Haddington Buildings in Dublin for the Stable Income European
\n Real Estate Fund 2 (SIEREF 2).\u00a0
\n<\/p>\n
\n Located on Haddington Road in the heart of Dublin’s Central
\n Business District (CBD), the four-story property has about 3,800
\n square metres of lettable space and 23 parking spaces, the firm
\n said in a statement.
\n<\/p>\n
\n \u201cAn acquisition like One Haddington Buildings fits perfectly into
\n Mapfre\u2019s real estate strategy, which prioritises investment in
\n high-quality office buildings in prime locations that can provide
\n a stable source of income over the long term. Our investment
