The club has reached an agreement with Babylon Park Spain SL, but because the deal involves granting space for more than five years, it must be approved by the club’s delegates.

Amusement park to open at Camp Nou

The new attraction is planned as part of the Spotify Camp Nou complex and would become another non-football use of the stadium. According to Spanish media reports, FC Barcelona has reached an agreement with Babylon Park Spain SL. The final decision, however, will be made by the delegates, as the planned concession is set to run for more than five years.

The agreement will be presented at the Ordinary General Assembly scheduled for Saturday, September 19. Before the vote, the club is expected to provide delegates with further details about the planned partnership.

Babylon Park is an international chain of indoor amusement parks. The company was founded in Israel and operates venues in several countries, including the United Kingdom and Serbia. One of its most distinctive European projects is its park in London’s Camden Town, which occupies three underground levels.

The company’s first venue in Spain opened at the Westfield Parquesur shopping centre in Leganés, near Madrid. The park covers around 1,200 m² and offers attractions for both older children and teenagers as well as younger visitors. They include an indoor roller coaster, a free-fall tower, flying chairs and numerous arcade and skill games. The venue also has more than 100 machines, including driving simulators, basketball games and air hockey tables. Babylon Park also offers dedicated rooms for birthday parties.

<img loading="lazy" decoding="async" class="pic-center" src="https://www.europesays.com/spain/wp-content/uploads/2026/09/16Bar01.jpg" alt="FC Barcelona wants to add another non-football attraction to Spotify Camp Nou. The club is planning an amusement park with Babylon Park Spain SL, but the deal for more than five years must be approved by delegates.

Another new function for Camp Nou

The planned amusement park would become another commercial use of the Spotify Camp Nou complex. Barcelona has been developing the concept of a stadium that can operate beyond first-team matchdays for several years. Adding an entertainment attraction to the venue fits into that strategy, allowing Camp Nou to attract visitors even when no football is being played.

Details about the park’s exact location, floor area and range of attractions have not yet been disclosed. It is also not known when the venue could open.

07.09.2026 17:08 source: StadiumDB.com ; author: Paulina Skóra FC Barcelona plans to create an amusement park inside Spotify…

[2
17
post-82274","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-spain","tag-spain
["GET
