Our team visited Spain regarding our radar agreements \u2013 we are eagerly awaiting their delivery to Ukraine and want to test them in real combat conditions,” he said.<\/p>\n
Zelenskyy emphasised that Ukraine is also counting on the expansion of the SAFE programme, under which Kyiv receives US-made weapons purchased by NATO countries.<\/p>\n
Zelenskyy also thanked Spain for supporting Ukraine’s air defence, particularly with missiles for Hawk and Patriot systems.<\/p>\n
During the meeting, Zelenskyy presented the Spanish minister with the Order of Princess Olha, Third Class, for her significant contribution to strengthening bilateral cooperation and supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.<\/p>\n
