The USTA has announced the culinary lineup for the 2026 US Open in Flushing Meadows, including a number of New York City favorites and concepts by celebrity chefs.

The USTA, along with hospitality partner Levy, announced the lineup last week, confirming that popular New York City sandwich shop Salt Hank’s will make its debut at the tournament, offering its signature French Dip sandwich.

Cosme, a Mexican-inspired restaurant in the Flatiron District, will also operate a space at the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, offering a menu curated by chef Enrique Olvera in a space formerly occupied by Mojito. Tennis fans can enjoy a range of Mexican-inspired dishes, including Cosme’s renowned duck carnitas.

Miznon, offering Mediterranean street food, will also make its debut at the 2026 US Open, offering a pita concept crafted by chef Eyal Shani, including offerings such as rib-eye roast beef pita, chicken schnitzel pita, hummus with falafel and pita chips salad with schnitzel.

Restaurateur Simon Kim returns to the US Open for a third consecutive year, bringing his COQODAQ and CQDQ concepts back to the National Tennis Center. The concepts will offer Kim’s signature Korean-inspired “Better Fried Chicken,” including “Golden Nuggets” and the “Gangnam Style” Chicken Sandwich.

Chef Alex Guarnaschelli, meanwhile, will return for her sixth year,offering Mediterranean fare, while chef Masahuru Morimoto will bring a new handroll and nigiri concept to the club level at Arthur Ashe.

Chef David Burke will offer a diverse menu at the Heineken Red Star Patio Café, while Michelin-starred chef Ed Brown will offer a culinary experience in the US Open’s premium hospitality spaces.

A number of long-time fan favorites are also returning in 2026, including Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors, Champions by Benjamin Steakhouse, pastaRAMEN, Carnegie Deli, San Matteo NYC, Dos Toros Taqueria, Red Hook Lobster Pound, Fuku, Korilla BBQ and Poke Yachty.

King Souvlaki, The Migrant Kitchen, The Nourish Spot and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream will also be returning, while Dobel Tequila and Oyamel by José Andrés Group will once again team up to create the Dobel Tequila Club.

Honey Deuce, the US Open’s signature cocktail featuring Grey Goose vodka, will also be returning in 2026, with several other alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails available.

Food and drink options will be available on all 22 days of the US Open between Aug. 23 and Sept. 13.
