Mick Jagger’s youngest son might just be a tennis pro in training. On August 31, the singer’s fiancée, Melanie Hamrick, shared a new video of their only child on her Instagram Stories.
In the clip, 9-year-old Devereux could be seen playing tennis on an outdoor court. Hamrick, 39, wrote that “Dev has a future goal” of playing in the U.S. Open.

Jagger and Hamrick welcomed their son in 2016. In a 2025 interview with Paris Match, the retired ballerina revealed that Jagger proposed “two or three years” prior.
The Rolling Stones frontman, 83, has seven other children. Jagger welcomed daughter Karis with actress Marsha Hunt, and he shares daughter Jade with his ex-wife Bianca Jagger. Mick also has four children from his relationship with supermodel Jerry Hall: daughters Elizabeth and Georgia and sons James and Gabriel. Mick’s ex-girlfriend, Luciana Gimenez Morad, gave birth to his seventh child, Lucas, in 1999.

Back in May, Mick and Hamrick enjoyed a chic date night at the ballet. The rock star and his fiancée stepped out for the New York City Ballet’s Spring Gala at Lincoln Center.
Mick wore a black blazer with white lace trim, pairing it with navy blue slacks and a matching shirt. He accessorized with black sneakers and sunglasses. Hamrick, for her part, went in a more dazzling direction, donning an ombré strapless gown with silver point-toe heels. She added on diamond drop earrings and a pink clutch, styling her hair in a side part.

Mick served as the event’s honorary chair, while Hamrick was an event chair. Other A-list guests at the gala included Emmy Rossum, Ashley Graham, Fran Drescher, and Jimmy Fallon.
