The second round of the 2026 US Open continues on Thursday with another full day of action across the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Several of the tournament’s biggest names are set to feature, with Iga Swiatek, Coco Gauff, Elena Rybakina and Alexander Zverev among the headline attractions.

Swiatek will begin her second-round assignment against Nadia Podoroska, while top seed Amanda Anisimova takes on Lilli Tagger. Naomi Osaka, Madison Keys, Alexandra Eala and Zheng Qinwen are also scheduled to compete as the women’s draw moves closer to the third round.

The biggest women’s matches are saved for the evening, with Gauff taking on Paula Badosa before Rybakina faces Jessica Bouzas Maneiro. Both matches could provide stern tests for the leading contenders as they look to continue their campaigns in New York.

There is plenty of interest in the men’s draw as well. Top seed Zverev takes on Quentin Halys, while third seed Felix Auger-Aliassime meets Karen Khachanov and ninth seed Taylor Fritz faces Mattia Bellucci.

The men’s schedule also includes former Grand Slam champion Gael Monfils against 14th seed Learner Tien, while Alex de Minaur faces Botic van de Zandschulp. Lorenzo Musetti, Flavio Cobolli and Jakub Mensik are among the other seeded players looking to book their places in the third round.
