Alcaraz is due to undergo further checks with specialist doctor \u00c1ngel Ruiz-Cotorro to determine whether he can return to full training.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v-d-p\" style=\"\">He has been doing limited physical activity, including exercises to strengthen his non-dominant hand, as part of a gradual rehabilitation programme.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/tennis\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/alcaraz-reserve-cup-U03512245425wbi-680x476@Diario Sur-U61061466447tKa-680x476@Diario Sur.jpg\" class=\"v-a-img\" width=\"680\" height=\"478\" alt=\"\" data-voc-vtm-id=\"in-text-traffic\"\/><\/p>\n<p>(Reserve Cup)<\/p>\n<p class=\"v-d-p\" style=\"\">The layoff has contributed to changes at the top of the men\u2019s rankings, with Jannik Sinner moving into world number one while Alcaraz remains inactive.<\/p>\n<p>\nReserve Cup returns to Marbella\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"v-d-p\" style=\"\">The Reserve Cup will continue at Puente Romano until Saturday, bringing 18 elite players together in a team-based padel tournament.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v-d-p\" style=\"\">Created in Miami in 2024, the event combines top-level sport with entertainment and luxury, offering prize money of around 603,000 euros.<\/p>\n<p class=\"v-d-p\" style=\"\">This year&#8217;s edition introduces women&#8217;s matches for the first time, with teams competing in 12 matches across three days.
