Well, let me say it again \u2013 it\u2019s high time tennis gets its own \u201chigh energy\u201d crowd, because, if not, tennis might as well be played like chess \u2013 or in a venue where silence is the norm.<\/p>\n

And it is no surprise that is largely due to Filipino netizens.<\/p>\n Overall, the Filipino fans of Alex Eala are redefining what \u201cenergetic\u201d tennis fans should be \u2013 cheering their hero in victory and defeat but not acting like hooligans, flooding social media channels featuring Eala, and \u201cadopting\u201d and cheering other tennis stars who have won their hearts.<\/p>\n Let me tell you \u2013 that is very good for tennis, because tennis needs to expand its appeal.
