That meant doubles was the difference, as the Kernels won at Flight 2 and Flight 3 doubles to claim the team victory. <\/p>\n<p>In doubles play, Mia Larson and Elliot Smith won the Flight 2 match, 6-4, 6-2, while Charlee Cimpl and Taryn Bultje won 6-1, 6-4 for the Kernels at No. 3 doubles.<\/p>\n<p>Smith, Cimpl and Bultje all had hard-fought wins in singles play to tip the team victory in Mitchell&#8217;s direction. Smith won 6-0, 7-6(2) at Flight 4 singles, and Cimpl was a 6-2, 6-3 winner in her No. 5 singles match. Bultje won a tough 6-2, 4-6, 11-9 victory at No. 6 singles to cap Mitchell&#8217;s wins, while Prunty proved tough at No. 3 singles for MHS, falling 6-2, 5-7, 10-6 to Harrisburg&#8217;s Jessi Muth.<\/p>\n<p>The Kernels (6-1) will play two team duals in Sioux Falls on Saturday, facing O&#8217;Gorman at 9 a.m. at McKennan Park, before taking on Sioux Falls Roosevelt at noon at Kuehn Park.<\/p>\n<p>                            No. 1: Noa Lovro (HAR) def.
