Seneca Property has acquired Hill Place House in Wimbledon Village for more than \u00a36m as it continues to expand its London and South East portfolio.<\/p>\n
The office investment is located in the heart of Wimbledon Village, close to Wimbledon Common and the All England Lawn Tennis Club, with connections into central London.<\/p>\n
Seneca plans to invest further in the building, with a strategy focused on improving the occupier proposition, increasing occupancy and driving rental performance.<\/p>\n
The deal follows acquisitions in Woking, Manchester and Solihull during 2026. Including Wimbledon, the transactions have added more than 200,000 sq ft of workspace to Seneca\u2019s portfolio.<\/p>\n
The acquisition also builds on Seneca\u2019s recent purchase of Evergreen Studios in Richmond and forms part of the privately owned investment and asset management firm\u2019s wider UK expansion.<\/p>\n

\u201cWimbledon Village is an extremely attractive and supply-constrained market and we believe the combination of the location, quality of the underlying real estate and our entry price provides an excellent basis from which to invest further in the building.\u201d<\/p>\n
Chris Bullough, managing director of Seneca Property, said the firm remained \u201cwell capitalised\u201d and had a \u201cstrong appetite to continue acquiring\u201d, with further deals expected in the coming months.<\/p>\n
Seneca has invested more than \u00a3200m since its formation, typically targeting individual transactions of between \u00a32m and \u00a320m.<\/p>\n
